not welcoming, the old lady who works does not prioritize pick up orders person, she wants to take care a person who is shopping inside first, the another lady who checked in my pick up orders does not look happy to work there maybe, instead of scanning my pick up order bar, she wants me to read it out loud, gives me the bad and no greetings, nothing,Look like they need work on their customer service a lot. The employee who give my pick up orders didn't ask for id or proof for picking up my orders (not following the company policies ) Disappointed choosing this location for pick up. I highly don't recommend this place and i would say go to another bath and body works store.

I was disappointed with the service. I tried to find something on my own because no one was helping us, but then I got yelled at for looking at one of the drawers for a product. Won't go back

Excellent customer service left me happily surprised despite a store full of customers. The sales associates are happy and eager to help you find what you're looking for so you can get in and out of the store quickly.

I placed an order to be picked up- it was in the evening- I understood that I had 2 days to pick up the order... after the evening I placed the order, I got an email the next morning saying it was canceled. The initial email said I'd get notified when the order was ready to pick up. I never got that ready to pick up email. Just an email saying the order was canceled. It was two mini fine fragrance mists that I got during the sale. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the reason it was canceled was not being picked up on time… it hadn’t even been 24 hours since I placed the order. I told some friends about mydisappointment about what happened and they said twin creeks bath and body has always had toxic management and employees were never happy at this location... that explains everything. To the person who canceled my order: How hard is it to bag two mini fine fragrance mists? Lazy, lazy management and staff.

Super disappointed! I bought two 3wick candles during this last sale. I was so impressed with the smell after lighting it I went and bought 5 more. But the candle has more than a quarter left and the scent is gone! No smell! What a waste. I hope all the others I bought don’t do this.

Great location! Jennifer is really sweet! A couple of my wallflower plug-ins stopped working, and she was able to look up my order and help me with an exchange. Everyone is so friendly too ?

I went in to make an exchange and was told that it couldn't be done unless I paid the difference which was almost full price, which was surprising because I have had no issues with similar transactions at other locations.

The store was clean had plenty of options ladies at the registers were very nice and welcoming. My only issue coming into the store the caucasian ladies looked at us and just turned their heads. Not long after we walked in other caucasian people started walking in and the ladies greeted them with a smile and all happy. No matter what race I am you treat me the same way you'd want to be treated. It makes me not want to shop there because of the smug looks and attitude. Other than that I had a great experience with the other clerks working there.

Didn't have the items i needed but running a big sale. Doesn't make sense to me and the two ladies wasn't any help at all.
