Friendliest place on the planet. Everyone was nice and helpful. The employees were all very engaging. They made me want to come back to shop. Impressive!!

Whoever the lady was at the front checking out could’ve been more nice and understanding while explaining the coupon policies and store stock and maybe leaned into providing better customer service and providing empathy rather than a “ no “ and removing my items from my bag with a smile. Completely turned me away from returning to this location.

I love Bath and body. I literally work three minutes away. I come at least twice a week or more but honestly, the customer service here sucks. I’ve noticed that if you’re minority, they don’t great or help you and it’s happened to me multiple times the workers look at me like I’m going to steal something or if I’m there to do some sort of harm I love how clean and organize stuff is but customer service is a big deal to me.

Friendly staff. But They were sold out of 6 different scents I was looking for and told me they are available online. But the scents went viral so I sort of expected them to not have some of them.

Kristina followed me even when I told her I didn't need help. She argued with me about having the app downloaded. She told me that I didn't have enough to use the coupon I used, when I clearly know how to add. I'm not going to pull the race card but obviously there was some type of indifference in the way she treated me. Definitely won't be coming back to this location. Btw, this was only one hour after they opened and only had maybe 3 or 4 people in the department aside from myself.

All Bath & Body Works stores are so beautifully stocked and you are normally greeted by a friendly staff. This location is well staffed. The cashier is not also stocking shelves and trying to help customers. There are many people working. The products are great and I love how these staff members have product knowledge. They know what they have on hand, what is coming out and how to extend savings to the customer. I love this store!

not welcoming, the old lady who works does not prioritize pick up orders person, she wants to take care a person who is shopping inside first, the another lady who checked in my pick up orders does not look happy to work there maybe, instead of scanning my pick up order bar, she wants me to read it out loud, gives me the bad and no greetings, nothing,Look like they need work on their customer service a lot. The employee who give my pick up orders didn't ask for id or proof for picking up my orders (not following the company policies ) Disappointed choosing this location for pick up. I highly don't recommend this place and i would say go to another bath and body works store.
