I am happy Ecco shoes lover! Recently I visited Texas and went to Ecco Store at Allen Outlet. I had the best buying experience with Ralph. He was kind, very knowledgeable and provided me with great advice and effective timely service. He certainly is the person to talk if you want to get the best at Ecco! I strongly recommend going to this store, wearing Ecco products, and look up for Ralph. He will not disappoint.

Came here looking for a pair of brown shoes and ended up updating my entire wardrobe. Their dress and casual shoes are very comfortable, especially considering how most dress shoes are stiff with no cushioning. Perla, the lady that helped us, was genuinely friendly and attentive, and she helped us for 2 hours as the rest of my family and I ended up each buying a pair or two. I highly recommend this store, and a huge shoutout to Perla for her amazing service!

I shopped here this weekend and had a great experience. Ralph has the best customer service. He greeted me immediately, asked if I needed help, then left me to browse. We made small talk and he expressed how happy he was to work there, and how he was a people person and loved engaging with customers. This was clear when a family from Sweden walked in after me. He seems like an exceptional person and I thought it was so refreshing to speak with him. He deserves major kudos, he is a true asset to the store.

if I could give zero stars I would. I found out that a family member of mine experienced blatant racial profiling and discrimination. She was trying on a shoes when a female employee approached her and asked her if she was aware that they costed $130—making the assumption that my family member couldn’t afford those shoes. *I work in sales. WHY ON EARTH WOULD A SALESPERSON/CUSTOMER FACING PERSON ASK SUCH A RUDE UNHELPFUL RACIST QUESTION?!.*.Note - This employee did not approach any other customers with these types of questions.***If I were management, I would have this employee re-evaluated.

I love the variety and great products that Ecco offers. I am completely satisfied with the service.I was there about three weeks ago, and Ralph answered all my questions and helped me to choose the right shoes, based on my needs. He is very professional and really knows how to keep customer relationship.
