Well kept outlet with quality service - one particularly helpful employee was Perla! She was incredibly friendly, and knowledgable about all available products. She even went the 'extra mile' to educate me on how to maintain the products I purchased!

We found exactly what we were looking for with Perla’s help! She was so helpful, friendly, and showed us how to use the shoe cleaning kit. We got the sole cleaner, foam cleaner, and shoe moisturizer at her recommendation. So happy with our visit to Ecco!!
