Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen is a convenient hotel located off Highway 75, though the noise from the nearby highway is a potential drawback. The spacious breakfast area offers typical Hyatt Place fare, including pre-made waffles, though the lack of a waffle maker may disappoint some guests. The Wi-Fi connection is reported to be a bit slow. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, with one guest highlighting the exceptional service from Christina in the sales department. While the initial planning stages had some issues, Christina's attentive and responsive approach helped turn the experience around, leading to a wonderful wedding weekend for the guest and their family. The hotel is generally well-received, with comfortable rooms and a clean, quiet atmosphere. However, the recent introduction of fees for the electric vehicle chargers has deterred at least one repeat guest from staying there again.
Every time I stay here I am amazed at the level of service and helpfulness of the staff. Darren was incredibly helpful and kind. His and the other staff members’ approach to customer service and going above and beyond-ness makes this the no-brainer hotel choice in the area.

Kamire, has been working hard providing the Hyatt experience being a member since 2007, staying at multiple properties he has really shined through providing what I expect from a Hyatt property.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They are pet friendly and have potty stations outside with waste bags. The hotel is also within a 10 min drive from a lot of local restaurants and stores. Would 10/10 recommend.
