“The room was comfortable, roomy for 2 adults, and clean with plenty of outlets, USBs, and hot water. There is a blackout shade!! The only drawback is you can't turn the AC below 64*, but since the floor is laminate, the room feels a bit cooler than if it were carpeted. The furniture, design, and fun colors were a nice touch.
Pool is nice, there is a billiards (pool) table in the lobby that is free to use, a 24/7 Coffee/Tea Bar with fancy fixings, and breakfast has a nice spread!
I would stay here again, be it a solo, family, or couple's trip.”
“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The building seems a bit older, but the rooms were clean—no bugs, great front desk service, free breakfast—and not to mention all that for a great price! Definitely would stay again next time I’m in the area.”
“Special thanks to William at the front desk for the outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. He made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Truly exceptional customer service.”
“A good place to spend the night. It is conveniently located off of Hwy 75 which also means that it is noisy. The noise is the main drawback, but not sure there is anything that can be done about it. The breakfast area is spacious and the food options are typical of a Hyatt Place - nothing particularly special, but also not really missing anything. It does not have a waffle maker - if that is important to you - but offered pre-made waffles. The Wifi seemed a little slow. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
