Shared a review that we had quite a few terrible experiences with the grooming department at Allen. Instead of correcting your ways of dealing with customers, you have now banned us from getting a grooming service for our dog at this location and all other locations. Our small dog who never bites had apparently bite the groomer this time. She has never mentioned about biting in one and half years and all of a sudden she has mentioned that he always bites. Being rude to customers, denying their dogs services and lying is what this grooming department is good at.
Please take your dogs to good salons where groomers know how to handle dogs with care and also know how to be kind to customers.

Needed a small bag of Purina Pro Plan dog food. Good selection - good choice for both adult dogs. However black mouth curr prefers the specialized version (vet recommended) for stomach sensitivity. Pit loves this Complete Essentials for a change.

Not impressed with the quality of service provided by staff, with one exception. Some represented their knowledge and understanding of pet health to be superior to a DVM, and set aside doctor clearance and substituted their “tribal knowledge” instead. Their story kept evolving as the two fed each other variances in the story, and one-upping each other to support the other but exert their perceived superiority over one another.
There was one exception, a shining star in the darkness. Only identified on the receipt as EJ, she not only demonstrated outstanding customer care, she also had a unique connection with animals and it clearly shone through in the way she interacted with my young rescue pup. Thank you, EJ. Your teammates could learn quite a bit from you.

I purchased over two weeks ago after carefully treating them before I placed them in my tank less than 24 hours later-My fish all had died! I couldn't find my receipt, so I came out a total loser! I really miss my guppy babies. My fish and tank were totally healthy before this plant! Never buy aquarium plants from this place of business!

I got during the holidays a training course for my rescue , and got text messages reminding me that today at 12:15PM was our 1st training session. When we got to Petco in Allen, they looked surprise and told me that the trainer left the job a few weeks/months ago. My options was a refund, or get schedule with another trainer in a different location for January 16. Are you serious? How in the world they kept that trainer open to get appointments and sent me text messages reminding me? I got my money and ran out of there. I will never go there for nothing. The store is always a mess and empty.
