Poor soundproofing level. Sitting in the bathroom, the whole apartment will hear the sound of water being flushed. Every morning I would hear my neighbors upstairs doing push-ups. I hope they're okay :))) but really it's bigger than allowed. Having to wake up every morning because of this sound is so frustrating

The property manager was very helpful with informing me on an apartment of theirs. The tour was very clean and spacious with new carpet. She was also very encouraging and friendly.
