“Living here is the best. There is two issues I have. The first one is I can smell weed but that only on the halls. The second one Is once a month i see cockroach but when leaving a ticket in, the pest control come in the next day. The reason for cocktoaches I think because a new building is being built.overall its clean, restaurant are convenient, and realtors are nice.”

Trash pick up is reliable as well as pest control!My only inconvenience (which is out of their control) darn crickets but if I could get rid of them permanently I’d be happier!I hope they don’t increase rent much upon renewal because I really wanna stay here !”

I had issues with my shower in the master bedroom and it was taken care of within days! These are the best apartments I’ve lived in by far!!”

“UPDATE 12/11/23--The manager reach out to me after posting this review and we have come to a fair resolution. This tells me that they learned from this opportunity and moving forward will make a greater effort to ensure their residents are taken care of.Unfortunately the new management company, Kairoi, did not give me reason enough to renew my lease after living at this complex for 3 years. The communication from the leasing office seems to be nonexistent when it comes to important information. When they took over, after ZRS, I received an email on a regular basis stating that I did not have renters insurance. I called several times and brought multiple copies to the office but was constantly receiving these notifications saying I was in violation of my lease. The lack of communication continued into the re-touch of the complex’s exterior look. For multiple days straight, our hallways went dark and stayed pitch black. We had to use flashlights to find our way if we came back home at night. When calling to find to get an update, no answer and no call returned from VM. There was no communication from the office until after the lights were back on They also did not advise residents about painters being on balconies or patios. We come home to our personal items moved off of our patio and had to dig them out of the bushes. Our move out experience was just as disappointing. I called a few times before our move out and when I finally got someone on the phone (left a few VMs no call back) I was told to reserve the freight elevator on the portal. Less than 24 hours from our reserved time, I received a cancellation email stating “We don’t open until 10am”. I was unsure what that meant and when I tried to call, again no answer and no call back from the VM I had left. This was my unfortunate experience and hope the company uses this as an opportunity to not let this happen to someone else.”

“Three months in and loving it. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff is absolutely great and very attentive. Much of my interactions have been with Taylor from my very first apt search and the viewing. Taylor is amazing! Great place, great amenities. The only thing I would say is I wish the pool was heated or a jacuzzi. Other than that it’s a great place to live. Shopping centers, restaurants, everything literally is right here in the area.”

“I’m a resident here at Spring Pointe and I just wanna give a HUGE COMPLIMENT to BRANDI for being the best manager here!!!! When she first started she transformed the leasing office into a nice relaxing set up and has always given her best and she’s the sweetest person I have ever met! If I have any issues or maintenance requests she has them come out immediately to get the situation fixed. She always has time and patience to listen to me as a resident. When I first moved in, I had Gavin as a landlord and he did nothing to help compared to what Brandi had done for me! If you are looking for a nice apartment close to plano, this property is very beautiful and I recommend you to talk to Brandi as she can help you find the right apartment that fits your needs and wants. I give her 5 stars but if i could she would be given a Million because she just the sweetest and nicest person here. Thank you for all that you do BRANDI ❤️❤️❤️???????”
