Received money but never solved the problem

I have reached out about this but have not received any response. Upstairs there are 2 rooms that accommodate 6 people and are extremely noisy. The children ran and jumped and the adults stomped their feet vigorously.They can do that during the day but they always make noise at night. Maybe they think I'm exaggerating about the kids running around but please everyone has different tolerances. Firstly, why don't the children go to bed after 12 o'clock? I will understand if there is a little noise but not constantly. Second, I don't bother other families, so why do they keep bothering me? I'm waiting for your response, you can find me when you open the apt contact because l've talked a lot. I don't want to bother you, but if someone bothers me, I will bother you again until it is resolved.

Poor soundproofing level. Sitting in the bathroom, the whole apartment will hear the sound of water being flushed. Every morning I would hear my neighbors upstairs doing push-ups. I hope they're okay :))) but really it's bigger than allowed. Having to wake up every morning because of this sound is so frustrating

So we’ve unfortunately been stuck living here for YEARS in 3 different units because the elementary school here is top tier… these apartments do EXTREMELY cheap updates to fake the look in order to up charge you.Oh, if you live in a bottom unit, be prepared for it to flood several times a year (it’s even included on your lease).There's a biiiiig rat problem and sugar ant problem! So prepare that before move in.Oh, waaaait for it… it gets better. Dominos pizza won’t deliver here when it gets dark because they’ve been stopped at gunpoint here.When we moved into our second unit, a person in a hoodie came in WITH A KEY in the middle of night but saw we were home and ran out. Like what?A year or so later, I was almost sex trafficked out of my apt!!! Luckily I have cameras. I will say… the apts kicked who didn’t get arrested, out of the apt IMMEDIATELY.We’ve seen 2 major fires here within what? 3 years apart?I mean it’s not allllll bad because of the location but they WAY overcharge yet stay juuuuust under to keep them at the cheapest in Allen but still a high rate.Just make sure you keep your renters insurance if you plan to live here! You’re going to need it.**And make sure to get your own security system such as indoor cameras, window alarms, etc.

I have been a tenant for over 7 years. It has had a lot of new managers and owners come through. I have seen 5 over the years I have been here. I did not have an issue till today. The rent portal is not allowing me to make a payment. Instead of them working with me I was hit with extra fees and zero understanding after showing them in person of the issue. The new manager parades around with her fancy degrees and think that makes her untouchable. I am a resident and have now been met with what seems like backlash. Take my advice. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS! And to top it off when asking to speak with someone higher than her there isn't anyone but the owner according to her. Which they will not give me the contact info. When I went to record for my own protection. She tried to run back to her office and not speak with me. And claims that the cameras in the office are owned by the city. I will be requesting the footage. I will also be moving out of here ASAP and I recommend that anyone who does live here to do the same. Unprofessional and attitude is all you will get from the office staff.

The property manager was very helpful with informing me on an apartment of theirs. The tour was very clean and spacious with new carpet. She was also very encouraging and friendly. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me an apartment, it was as if she truly cared. I’m very happy with these apartments and the management.

Normally I am not the type that does reviews but this will be an exception. Prior to my coming here, I have read the reviews and initially, I was apprehensive in coming. However, a nudge from my friend told me to go by and give them a look.Upon entering the establishment, I was warmly welcomed by Dollar. After the brief introduction, she asked for what I was inquiring about and provided me with figures as well as touring the options as well.What stood out to me from other apartments was her dedication and investment with me as a potential tenant. She asked me questions, wanting to know what piques this place, and was transparent, which many apartments don't do. In past tours, many would rush to get a sale instead of thoroughly taking out the time to know the tenant and build a rapport. That is something Dollar had that many leasing agents in previous apartment searches didn't have.She knew I wasn't immediately finding an apartment until my current lease was up, but she provided me with options. And even with the options, she understood the circumstances and provided me with encouragement. Although she didn't get a buy today, but she has me sold if I don't find anywhere else.That is something customer service lacks today, building a rapport with their customers. If the Lord says so and feels that this is the place for me to be, Dollar definitely swayed me to consider this place. So kudos to Dollar and keep up the good work.Also, Lupita, thank you for taking out the time to speak with me and provided me with wealthy information. I sure hope that this will be the next place to call home.

Update: (10/31/2023) The apartment staff truly cares about providing exceptional services to residents and is intentional about ensuring the complex is continuously improving(7/2023) I just moved into the smaller two bedroom last Saturday. Great experience so far! These are older apartments with large rooms, lots of cabinet space, a decent-sized laundry room, a fireplace, and upgraded with smart technology, including the thermostat and door entry. Lili Martinez helped me with my apartment selection. She demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness and went above and beyond to help. Since these are older apartments, I had an issue with the water valve to the washing machine. I placed a ticket for repairs. When the maintenance team arrived, they fixed the water leak and went above and beyond to set up my dryer without me asking, which I'd put off doing. The apartments are affordable (which these days are hard to find), the area is safe, and the Presidio team is easy to work with and accommodating.

Toured the new apartment today and has the floor plan I'm look for and very spacious at an affordable price. Lupita and Abby were very helpful.

Lupita, Lili, and Dollar, these ladies are super nice and whenever I go into the office, I have no issues with having any of my problems resolved. I enjoy the fact that we can talk and laugh.

My name is Camrin Manning, after touring these apartments and Ashton being a great service. I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to live here. Great style the neighborhood is pretty clean and quiet and also pet friendly. The staff is welcoming can’t wait to move in this fall

Lupita was wonderful. She walked me through the application process and was patient with me. The apartment complex was clean and the tour of the apartment with the upgrades was nice.
