The cleaning person blocks off the entire restroom just to clean it. That’s ridiculous. The LADIES RESTROOM. I’m sure she takes her precious time too.

Im not trying to be a karen, but I felt the need to share this experience. I was waiting patiently at the counter for roughly two minutes. When Nicholas finally came out, he checked out the person in front of me, but as soon as I placed my items down, he turned and walked away without saying anything. Another associate then came in and started helping the people behind me instead, which felt pretty rude and frustrating. It just seemed like I was completely overlooked.

It is a nice and clean place but they do not refill the printing papers on the pumps to print your receipt and make you go inside to get your receipt. This happened to me several times lately and I end up avoiding filling my tank in there unless I need to.

Today is July 2 at 9:56PM.
Not too sure who the older lady working tonight was but not once did she speak a word before, during, or after checking me out. Good customer service is clearly lacking from this individual.. It’s not hard to be polite!

This racetrac is always closed. Don’t waste your time stopping here. I’ve been here at least 3 times to find a sign on the door and no one inside. Tonight there was three workers inside with the doors locked and the place shut down.

Wesley (the manager) needs to be Fired Wesley ( the manager) insulted My wife when she tried to pay her bill with reward points. Her total was approximately somewhere in $3.75. She then was told by Wesley (the manager) he didn't have change for her and that she needed to proceed to buy $60 (more dollars) in the store. In order for him to have the change to give her. Does the clerk (manager) make a camition??? The other ppl that work in the store always help her and but not Wesley ( the manager) he told her to spin more more.

First stop here and have already been treated like a full time decade regular. Ajah is the greatest RaceTrac Ambassador. Great friendly greeting, knowledgeable and friendly. Doesn’t take much to differentiate your gas station; a smile and a welcome. Thanks Ajah I’ll be back often.

Is it weird to have a favorite gas station? I do, and it is this RaceTrac. The staff at this location is ALWAYS friendly, and I genuinely enjoy interacting with them. I encourage everyone to download the app because my points are constantly building. I wish all gas stations had the staff at this location, but they don't, so I will drive out of my way to visit this one often.
