My husband and i went to location in Allen Outlet on yesterday evening ready to spend some money. Walked in the store and the young white male associate didn’t speak or acknowledge us. A white woman walked in some minutes after us and he gave her a warm Welcome. My husband and I politely left. I refuse to spend my money anywhere an open racist works. Came today to exchange a size for shoes I bought online, and their google hours website said open but the front door had a sign saying it was closed due to an AC outage. I love Steve Madden but please please please change the online hours if you’re closed.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. And it’s all due to the staff in place. Today I witnessed a manager and employee being extremely rude to a customer. I walked out of the store despite having a couple shoes I really wanted to purchase. Horrible customer service in store…

Only giving this outlet store a three could've given a five but the service was mediocre. There was literally a hand full of customers in the store and two sales associates. The first person was a very sweet but not too knowledgeable young woman. She did come to assist me when I asked, Excuse me Do you work here? She stated, She was busy however her coming back to acknowledge that I still needed help was an extra star. I was also interested in purchasing a particular sandal. The young sales associate did seem willing to find the two sizes that were left but it was a failed attempt. Now as I was speaking to the young customer service person. I informed her that the shelving almost hit me in the face. Someone needs to take it down. The sales associate called out what I'm assuming was the manager and told her the shelving is broken. The so called manager looked at me, the young girl (her colleague) said nothing and turned around as if she'd been doing something that required her to not stop at any given moment. I then expressed to the young associate, Don't worry about it wait til it falls on someone then the manager will do something about it. Shaking my damn head. Lastly after the young girl attempted to check me out she said, She had to get her manager cause she couldn't except my cash???!!!!##### at this point I just wanted to GET OUT of the aura of the morbid managers presence, and the very fearful young girl sales associate. They both were giving off Weirdo vibes. I know every where you go now people use the RACE CARDS. Not me in this situation. I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this location though.

This location used to be great. The customer service was so bad!!.. I refused to purchase the 2 pairs I liked. I agree with the other reviewer, workers are nonexistent. I love Steve Madden brand and even though I live near this location I will purchase elsewhere.

There is this awesome lady named Seana that was, quite possibly, the most helpful person ever. Took super good care of my needs and made it an overall wonderful experience. Will most definitely come back here for my shoe needs

I loved coming into here. The team was very friendly and they provided excellent customer service. Nyla was able to resolve an issue with a shoe order after multiple stores turned me down! Will be back again
