T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods is a large retailer with a fantastic selection of brand name fashions and a variety of good stuff at great prices. The store offers the biggest selection of everything and an ever-changing assortment of products. The organization of the products is really nice, allowing for easy shopping. However, the checkout line can be long, and the customer service is sometimes just okay or not so nice, with some staff being a bit rude. Despite this, many find it a fantastic place to shop where helpful service can be received for returns.

Needed help with purses, Nataliia helped me and also suggested other purses I might like. Was then in jewelry and a necklace was hooked in a way that was impossible for me or the jewelry associate to untangle. Nataliia somehow was unable to undo it and I was able to purchase. Super helpful and super friendly!
