“It's basically the TJ Maxx version (ironically owned by TJ Maxx) of REI but that's not a bad thing. What more could you ask for? REI type gear at lower prices. So what if you're buying last year's gear? You're still paying 1/3 of the prices for the same stuff you'd get at a store like REI.”

“I frequent SEVERAL Macy Backstages and the Allen location is quite possibly my FAVORITE one!

The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, ESPECIALLY the management along with the (female) cashiers.

Compared to other branches, this store is VERY well-organized and for the men's inventory, it's MUCH better here.

If I resided nearby, I'd visit weekly like before and it's nice to feel GREATLY APPRECIATED, as a regular.”

Syed During the course of closing out my purchase my billfold when I pulled it out from front pocket money clip fell I didn't see it or hear it... Syed. Noticed it after I left and retrieved it. After I noticed it was missing at home rushed back to the store. When I saw and we made eye contact Syed, He smiled real big I knew that something good had happened.. The manager waved at me and gave me back my money clip with all of the money in it. “All the workers at all the other targets are really rude and cruel. Don’t even take any time to treat us fairly. They treat us like a liability Instead of the top priority. The workers here very respectful, time giving, and thoughtful. They treat us like we are actual human beings instead of a chore. Especially Levi working in the toy aisle. He always answers the phone, he treats us with the top- most respect, and actually treats us like customers instead of “helpless learners.” He makes us feel welcome, and whenever calling his department he treats us with so much respect and kindness. after experience of calling him twice for the toy department aisle, I realized he was truly one of a kind and actually liked to help others, he makes us feel like he actually wants to help instead of feeling the need to help. When calling him several times, and even just asking for his time to go see if something‘s either in stock or helping in every possible way. He goes out of his way to help others and to go check the toy aisle or whatever department he’s working in to make sure something is there instead of reading the top of his mind for answers. None of the other departments answer my phone call but Levi’s has never missed a call, it’s so fast too. He’s on the go when it comes to helping customers!
