“FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!I am absolutely amazed and pleased with the service that I received from this establishment. I had a major dilemma as soon as I got the 20ft truck to my place. It got stuck in the mud and I didn’t realize that I had purchased the incorrect insurance coverage until I called roadside assistance. It was going to cost me an additional $350!I called and spoke with Jamie, the office manager, again and inquired about finding a quick and inexpensive tow. He was able to reach out to a Uhaul rep that happened to be nearby and had him assist me.Jimmy, the Uhaul rep, not only towed the truck out of the mud in the pouring rain in 40 degree weather, he also backed it onto my driveway so I would be able to leave without any other issues.Both of these individuals went above and beyond their duties in ensuring a smooth rental and use of the Uhaul truck. I can’t thank them both enough for their exceptional service, professionalism, and for willing to go the extra mile.I’ve never had service like this with any other storage or truck rental businesses.
