“The manager at this location is awesome! His follow up communication is impeccable and we will definitely be referring anyone in need of a storage unit to him. Thank you for the great customer service!”
“Very welcoming and courteous. I booked the unit online but when I got there to look at the unit I decided it wasn’t quite large enough. It was really easy to look at a larger unit and upgrade. Wysondria was super helpful and understanding. The grounds are very clean and the units and buildings are in great condition. You can see that they take care of the property very well. It was a great experience and would get a unit here anytime.”
“Super helpful, better than other store places and cheaper! You can either set everything up on your own online and walk in and get your key from your unit or ask them at the office to help you! A+++”
“10/10 customer service. Me and my boyfriend's experience renting with Cordarius and the manager was exceptional. Will be renting from here again if needed in the future. 😁”
“Overall all pretty good, pick up was a little rough but the guy was helpful when dropping the truck off and compensated me for the earlier issues.
I really appreciated taking responsibility for the mistake in the morning.”
“After a terrible experience at another U-Haul branch (U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Plano
1100 Los Rios
Plano, TX 75074)
This location completely turned things around. The staff here were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They quickly found a replacement truck, got us checked in without delay, and made sure everything was in perfect order before we left.
Their communication was clear, their attitude was positive, and they handled a stressful situation with care and competence. This is exactly how a U-Haul location should be run. Highly recommend this team for their excellent service and reliability.”
“I had a great experience at this U-Haul location thanks to Lester. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the whole process much smoother than I expected. His friendly service and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to making sure customers feel supported—truly appreciated the extra help!”
“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”
“Katrina is amazing! After a long trip to Houston her customer service, smile and energy was the jewel of my day. 💎 Katrina’s service and personalized hospitality is one to value.”
“Mr. Logan Ray here at this rental location has made the end of my cross country move easier. Had a little malfunction on the road that caused a billing mix up and Ray made me Whole as soon as I reported things to him. I appreciate him working quickly and treatimg me with respect and understand while I was emotional. Moving is stressful and he lifted a ton off of my shoulders. Thank you.”
“Wouldn't rent a Uhaul anywhere else- it's a boat repair shop, but they do Uhaul rentals too. These guys are fun, professional, and go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of!”
“Very easy experience renting a Uhaul at this location. The lady who helped me knew her job well and was super warm and friendly. I know where to go when I need a Uhaul. Thank you!”
“Went to multiple home depot and was having trouble renting a machine to dig holes but as soon as I got to Rockwall the staff at tool rental was very nice and friendly especially Carlos. They are doing a great job!”
“Great location especially if you have trailer you can drop on lot if you need any repairs. Mechanics are straight forward; you will probably have a wait but you instantly get choice for break room or go back home for further details. My idea spot for dropping of a truck for repairs and finding a bigger enough spot in the Dallas area to drop my trailer until repairs was finished.”
“Extremely kind and very professional, very helpful and empathetic. They helped me with my needs. They helped me with my Situation. They helped me come up with the best solution for myself and my family. Thank you all I am very grateful to you.”
“Fantastic service. This is two weekends in a row we've used the 3401 Forest Lane location in Garland people everybody there is super friendly and straightforward and makes the business of getting the U-Haul box trucks simple straightforward and painless”
“It always a great experience when we rent a truck from Penske at this location, Chris makes the process easy and helps us understand all the details. Thank you Chris!”
“I'm rating this location, NOT Uhaul. This location had my truck ready to go and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I forgot the lady's name who assisted me, but she had excellent customer service, a smile on her face and a great attitude!”
“Avis and Buget is A Awesome Rental Location. Lewis and Fida are Outstanding, They Represent Avis and Buget in a great way. During the pandemic They follow guidelines and keep the building clean. Overall there Amazing and I recommend them all the way!!!!!!”
“My first time using this U-Haul location from the time I pulled up the parking lot was clean and very, very well organized upon me entering into the location for Service. I was greeted with a smile, even though a couple of guys was working with someone they acknowledged me coming in and spoke. I was even offered Water the process went quickly and smooth Big shout out to all that was at work on August 15 You guys were awesome. Please keep it up.”
“I’ve been here multiple times for rentals and they’ve always been so nice and gracious. They’ve ever helped me out with getting a reservation canceled at the time I picked it up due to schedule change and no longer requiring it. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.”
“The service is ALWAYS excellent at this location. Richard goes above and beyond to assist with whatever he can. He's helped my family a few times. This is our local service center.”
“I just want to say that Jessica G was a great. She made sure to help with everything we needed and was the nicest even when a guy was yelling at her when she was trying to ask if he needed help with a issue since he had been waiting a while. As he continued yelling at her and talking down to her she told him your not going to yell at me and stuck up for herself as she should!! After they left she went back to work helping customers with out any anger or anything. Over all with great experience even with the rude customer. Thank you for all your help we will definitely come back for all our needs.”

“This is the second time using this particular location and it has been the best experience. They went above and beyond. They didn’t have a furniture dolly available and I explained that really needed one and they not only got us one, they delivered it to my residence the morning of my move. The representative at this location was very nice and went above and beyond to help. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and they will be the ones I contact in the future. Thanks again!”
