The managers Remi and AJ were fantastic. They were able to give me internet all the way out in Emory. No other WiFi providers could get to us in time. My sales rep Marc helped me so fast and really cared for my needs. If you’re needing better service or just great help. I highly recommend this store!!! Thank y’all!!!

Worst experience I have ever had in US, customer service is terrible and this person named AJ when she talks to us she acts like we are here for bugging not buying at the time I been with Vrison for 2+ years, we had to ask him the same question 4 times then she dosnt look at us and answers in one word! She wasted more than one hour of our time waiting she says I’ll take you in 30 minutes as there is other customer at the time 3 employees were there and only me and another customer!
Worst worst worst experience ever 🤮🤮🤮

Shiloh is an excellent manager. He was very courteous and was able to help me in a timely fashion. I had called corporate multiple times, visited Verizon corporate in Frisco, and was unable to have my concerns met…but Shiloh helped me with exactly what I needed. Please promote him!!

Went to get SIM cards. Guy that helped us was fair on customer service. Didn’t seem very friendly, but not unfriendly either.

My wife went in to the store to get her camera replaced on her Iphone. It turned out to be the cover. The covers the sales rep Nicholas replaced onher phone were $97 - what a complete rip off!!! Hard to believe even Verizon can't do honest business!!!

This location is very busy, they had a hard time trying to determine who was next in line. Even though we told them, I was bypassed for another customer. Thankfully she let them know I was next.

Nick provided 10 star service! I had a bad day. My phone fell in a hole, so my attitude was probably not the best. Nick was patient and kind and answered all my questions and even had to stay a little later to get my phone all set up. He was very knowledgeable and quick too! Thank you, Nick!

I came in a few weeks ago with a broken iPhone. This store is by far my favorite. I go out of my way to this location because the customer service is phenomenal! Nick was the sales rep who got me set up with a new phone and did the transfer from my old phone to the new one. He was super helpful and very nice! 10/10 would recommend this store!

My son (lives in Oklahoma) purchased an iPhone from Android under my family plan by Marc who was awesome we decided to do the transfer apps and contacts at home and ran into some difficulties. My son was upset because we couldn’t bypass the identity verification authentication he was ready to go back to android so the next day we went back to Verizon and Pierson Baity got us activated within 5 minutes Pierson is the 🐐 G.O. A.T.

Marc was very helpful! I called in to see the wait time for service because customer service kept me on the phone for 3 hours!
Marc said there was no wait so I came over and he was ready to help!
He helped me connect my new Apple watch to my cellular plan and let me know the costs and even checked if I had a charging block for my watch (since Apple doesn’t provide them anymore). Great customer service versus calling in! Highly recommend, skip the phone call and go see them in store!

Tony is the best!! He was able to answer all of the questions we had and even shared some ways we can save money. He always answers texts very promptly and he has the BEST attitude of anyone that has ever helped me at a Verizon. HE is what makes this place have 5 Stars from me. Thanks, Tony!!
