Bad customer service with My Verizon They didn’t help I just can’t believe they did not help me like getting a new phone that is replaced. I was having trouble with my battery. My phone was heating up bad customer service to me and I going to end up to switch.

Literally went there to open a new account and was told to call the 800 number. So called the 800 number while sitting there and the number said to call during normal business hours. Good luck if you go here.

Save yourself some time and go literally anywhere else. There's a Target and a Best Buy in the same mall that have better service and won't refuse to show you the required legal information.I went into the store to upgrade my device and do the trade-in promotion; however, when I went into the store they refused to show me any detailed information about the promotion. I wanted to look up the details and was told to "go online, or call customer service"... I was flabbergasted at the fact I came into a store, asked about a promotion, then refused to provide any details on the promotion except that it was available. How are you going to provide something then deny any information to the customer?

They got me in and out with the two new phones I wanted. Found out later they signed me up for damage coverage and other stuff that I didn't ask for. Of course, that stuff was all extra. Thanks for the bait and switch Verizon. Do better.

Very Unprofessional Staff Guy name Tony was helping me to port my 2 numbers and did not do it Right . He was rushing or didn't had any interest in the deal since it was a prepaid. My number is not activated and I cant make calls. Total Nonsense and paid $75 in Activation Fees for nothing have to deal with customer service verizon.

You don’t how lazy the employees are. Put everything on me and tell me to call a phone number they can help me. So why do I need this store if I can do it by myself?
