“This was my first time visiting this particular Verizon store yesterday 10/30/23 and the sales associate Jerrod was really nice! He sold me an Apple I-phone 15 max and I love my new phone! I traded in the old I-phone 11 because it wasn’t exactly reliable and so glad only after 2 months of owning it! That old phone was once upon a time my fiancé’s, but since he bought a new Android phone, he gave me his old I-phone 11!So anyway, I left the store only after a half hour, after I paid $180.38 and went home! I showed my fiancé the new phone and he was quite impressed! Once upon a time working with computers as well as with other cellphones, he helped me create my new Apple account because at first, Jerrod, the Verizon associate wasn’t at first able to transfer my files from that old I-phone, but my fiancée did the leg work to get it started so I returned to the store to have Jerrod continue finishing the transferring of the files onto my new phone! At first, I thought it would take an entire 3 hours to finish when it actually only took an hour and a half! But Jerrod was super! I also have to hand it to the new associate Robert who was a trainee! He, too, was nice! He seemed to be really good at what he was doing and he did! I think he will thrive in his career with Verizon!So I got myself the Apple I-phone 15 max and it really kicks! I don’t regret purchasing this and so happy I finally bought what I had in mind for 2 months now! So I recommend anyone who is looking for a good and reliable phone get the Apple I-phone 15 max! Believe me, you won’t regret it! It’s got a very excellent quality of a size of a screen which also makes it so much easier to see!I give this store a 5-star rating because of the super kindness of both Verizon store associates Jerrod and Robert! Thank you, you two! You guys deserve the ratings! You know I will likely be visiting again in your store from time to time!”
