“Arrive on Friday, check in was at 3 pm.. We were greeted very nicely and it was very inviting.. the staff was very kind and hospitality was wonderful.. Our room was very clean and spacious.. The bed was super comfortable and soft.. They pool was nice but We were to busy to use.. The room temperature was cold and comfortable.. Breakfast was complimentary in the morning and the waffles were delicious.. I would definitely be using this place again.. Thank you for a comfortable weekend..”

“The king sized bed was great. The luxury vinyl floor in the room was clean and safe. The buildings and rooms feel safe. Dairy Queen is next door and restaurants like The Crossroads Cafe and The Waffle House are a short drive across the busy street. There are birds at the exterior balconies and stairs but the owners have clearly tried to protect us from them. The pool is still not open and the front desk is more like a teller window, but it all works. The room TVs were nice and the room was quiet, didn't hear much but an occasional train. I will be back again next time I am in the area.”

“Booked room for a late night rendezvous with my sweetie coming in from out of town. Wasn’t in the budget to pay over $100 for a room. Booked it for $85 after all taxes and fees. Reviews made me nervous that the room was going to be filthy and bug infested. The rustic furniture was neat - especially the log bed. Plenty of plumped pillows and clean bedding. Floors were vinyl tile type - no nasty stained carpet. Bathroom/shower was clean and there WAS complimentary shampoo and soap. It was perfect and comfortable for what we were needing. Wasn’t immaculate, but I wasn’t afraid to touch anything. There was no free breakfast ☹️”
