“Clean room, friendly services & designated dog area.Bonus... very nice dog park .03 mile away. Safe area to take a walk.Breakfast was decent. Like one other person's comment, I don't understand why the coffee machine only fills the cup half full. They need to adjust this.I didn't use the pool or hot tub. It seemed cold in the room and the hot tub wasn't hot enough for me.Hope to find more places like this on our travels.”

“Customer service was absolutely a ZERO. The young lady said the hot tub wasn’t working because the water levels were low due to too many people in the facility earlier during the day was a flat out lie as only a few people were present. She said the motor was out but would be fixed tomorrow. IF truly the hot tub was not working why is the pool closed? She kept blaming management. Yet, couldn’t give us any information to speak with a manager. Very rude and simply not wanting to help what so ever. 01.14.2024 at 7:30PM. Lies after lies as the young lady kept changing her story. I have the texts/screenshots to prove it. Shame on you!”
