“I travel all over US for work. This by far is worst hotel ever stayed in. Housekeeping sucks. Was suppose to get full service on room and they disnt even change the bedding. Went to front desk to tell them. Lady up fro t was very nice. Said she would put it back on to get done rhe next day. Well get to hotel after a hrad days work and they didn't even do anything. Just totally ignored their job. I don't recommend staying here. But if you do make sure they clean like their suppose too. This is uncalled for.”

“Vic was a great help when it came to checking in!!! I initially was approached by a woman who said she wasn't pet friendly and when I asked Vic if I could change rooms for convenience he made it no problem AT ALL... He just gave me a room that he knew would suffice my needs and also showed me how to find the reviews because I admired his way of handling it SO MUCH... I wanted to review it... but I didn't know how!!! He showed me!!! The rooms are clean.. the Price is Right ...and it's right off the highway ... And FANTASTIC HELP AT THE DESK!!!? what else could you ask for???”

“Customer service was absolutely a ZERO. The young lady said the hot tub wasn’t working because the water levels were low due to too many people in the facility earlier during the day was a flat out lie as only a few people were present. She said the motor was out but would be fixed tomorrow. IF truly the hot tub was not working why is the pool closed? She kept blaming management. Yet, couldn’t give us any information to speak with a manager. Very rude and simply not wanting to help what so ever. 01.14.2024 at 7:30PM. Lies after lies as the young lady kept changing her story. I have the texts/screenshots to prove it. Shame on you!”

“Very nice very clean comfortable beds hot water, excellent staff well-run. I stay here every time I'm the area. It's aLittle out-of-the-way but worth the extra drive. Pass up the big names, for a cozy place with the personal touch.”
