However, I do have photos of the correct truck and a Ford report; however, because David from North Texas Direct, LLC called me directly, apologized, and reimbursed me there is no need to post them. I appreciate the prompt resolution and would especially like to thank David for his professionalism and for ensuring that I was reimbursed for the window tint. Although I am still disappointed that this was not the truck I had hoped it would be, I believe it is important to recognize when a business responds quickly, follows through, and works to resolve a customer's concerns.
