“Excellent service and very honest people! They will work with anyone! My nephew has no credit and has only been on his job for 3 months and they were able to get him financed! The vehicle was in excellent condition however had a rebuilt title due to age and repair cost. They are willing to make everything right and agree to a 15 day warranty! They worked so hard to get my nephew approved and in a nice car.”

“I live an hour away from Mansfield and I haven’t ever bought a car so I kind of worried about going to TX Giants. I’m glad I chose them because they really care about their customers. Jason was quick to respond to me via email, text, and phone calls. He made sure my 2016 Kia Soul was ready to go. We heard a weird sound and he ordered the new belt and replaced it same day. He also filled up my tank of gas and filled my tires even after the work day ended. I’m so thankful to Jason and his team at TX Giants. I feel that they went above and beyond to assist me. I feel confident in my vehicle and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car with wonderful customer service.

“Here we gooooooooo!!

My wife and I were in need of a vehicle that was clean, reliable, and reasonably priced, and that’s exactly what we found at Longhorn.

I was contacted by Bernard, who, as many other reviews have mentioned, was extremely well-spoken, articulate, and professional. More importantly, he listened to what we needed and showed me the vehicle I was interested in from their website.

I scheduled a test drive, and everything went smoothly. Bernard was prompt and greeted us with a warm smile. Even though he was assisting another guest, he still made sure to acknowledge us and make us feel welcome.

Now, I have a nose like a basset hound 😂, so I noticed a slight dog smell inside the vehicle. I’m a bit of a neat freak and knew I could detail it and take care of that, so it wasn’t a concern for me. The TPMS sensor was also illuminated when I started the truck. Again, I considered it a minor issue. I took the truck for a few miles, opened it up a little to make sure the engine performed the way it should—and it did.

We returned to the dealership and finalized the purchase. The process was surprisingly easy and straightforward. Unlike many dealerships where you feel like you’re there all day, Longhorn made the experience efficient and painless.

During the paperwork, Kia was extremely transparent. She shared that she loved the Dodge Durango and had personally driven it. She also informed me that the vehicle had previously been in an accident, but the damage was cosmetic and had been repaired. She explained that the vehicle had received an inspection, oil change, and spark plugs, and she was very upfront about the potential “what-ifs” that can come with purchasing a used vehicle. That level of transparency was reassuring.

The following day, I drove the vehicle to work and everything was fine. On my way home, the check-engine light came on. I immediately notified Kia, and she instructed me to bring the vehicle back so her mechanic could take a look.

Initially, I was disappointed, because nobody wants to experience an issue immediately after purchasing a vehicle. But what mattered most was how Longhorn handled it. The problem was addressed promptly and resolved without hesitation or making me feel like I was on my own after the sale.

That says a lot.

I would absolutely recommend Longhorn to anyone looking for a vehicle and, more importantly, looking to deal with real people who are genuine, transparent, and stand behind their word.

Thank you to Bernard, Kia, and the Longhorn team for making what could have been a stressful experience a positive one. Great customer service isn’t just about making the sale—it’s about how you treat people after the sale. Longhorn got that right.”

“I would like to update my previous review. After posting it, I realized that I mistakenly uploaded the wrong photos of a different vehicle, but the content was 100% correct. However, I do have photos of the correct truck and a Ford report; however, because David from North Texas Direct, LLC called me directly, apologized, and reimbursed me there is no need to post them. I appreciate the prompt resolution and would especially like to thank David for his professionalism and for ensuring that I was reimbursed for the window tint. Although I am still disappointed that this was not the truck I had hoped it would be, I believe it is important to recognize when a business responds quickly, follows through, and works to resolve a customer's concerns. I appreciate North Texas Direct for doing just that. I give it 4 stars for the reimbursement and the quick response.”
