“Attiva is an absolutely lovely complex of bungalow apartments which really feel like homes. Great amenities, a beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi. Lots of activities and amazing neighbors. The staff is professional and very friendly. I especially want to mention Shae because of her outstanding helpful nature and kindness. Amanda is also a star! I would be remiss if i failed to mention the facility staff. Both George and Jose are great guys. They are responsive, and friendly. They work hard and resolve every maintenance issue very, very quickly. Living at Attiva has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Attiva to anyone looking for an active lifestyle in an over 55 community! Did I mention how GREAT SHAE IS!”
“Angelica has been extremely helpful and very kind! Couldn’t ask for a better manager! She is professional and at the same time she treats her tenants with kindness and compassion. She is very thoughtful with her new tenants by gifting a welcome mat, toilet paper, paper towels, Palmolive soap, etc., which is extremely helpful ! I pray she stays our manager for many many years to come!”
“Absolutely love living here! The three bedroom is so spacious and perfect amount of space for my family. Can’t find a three bedroom as big as this is the whole area! Grounds are clean and very well kept. Pools super clean and always ready to go. Just love it here all around won’t be moving any time soon”

“I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“This is the most wonderful place to live. I have been here since 2008 with the exception of a couple of years and I couldn't wait to get back. The best office staff and maintenance I have seen. They go above and beyond to help everyone. Also wonderful tenants that are very friendly and courteous. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I've always felt very safe here no matter what time I go out my door day or night. I am very thankful to be here and hope to have many more years here.”

“I officially moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’m IN LOVE! Everyone is so nice, the work orders are done in a quickly manner, if I have any little issue they are QUICK to fix anything! I was scared at first because my unit is next to the dumpster and I’ve always heard horror stories at other apartments or other peoples experience but I’m having a great experience so far! I have no roaches, no rats, no bugs!! The trash pick up is 2 or 3 times a week which helps keep the apartments clean! I have 2 pups and they love the grass, I never have to worry about them getting into anything because they keep it very clean and have doggy poop stations! I love my neighbors, the neighbor next to me has lived here for 18 years (what he told me) and that is what I love to hear ? I am so happy I picked Park Place apartments to be my home ? I hope to stay here as long as my neighbor”

“Lakeshire was my first complex when I moved to TX. The women in the front office help with whatever you need & maintenance is usually on point. I did have roaches like the 1st 3 months, but they eased up. Appliances & cabinets are older, but you get what you pay for. All in all it was a peaceful experience in the 1 year I stayed. -1600”

“I highly recommend this place for families with kids!!! There is a lot of space for kids to play like when I was a kid, but in an apartment complex, because so may moms know each other. So, the kids can stop in at any mom's house to catch their breath and drink some water and then go back to playing. :-)”

One time, our refrigerator stopped working around Christmas, and we had to file an emergency service request. Amazingly, a new fridge was delivered and installed the next morning. “I’ve lived in the apartments for almost 3 years now. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor at times but it’s apartments lol that’s to be expected, Yes there has been different office personnel in and out all of which have all been great, but Rosa the office manager has been the same since day one! I appreciate her from every aspect! The professionalism that Rosa has with the other office staff and the times I’ve seen her interact with other tenants have been AMAZING!! Thank you for keeping a clean community and staying strict on property rules to keep it safe around here. Ashley has been a great addition but of course she was trained by Rosa? thank you ladies so much for all you do!”
