“The staff here are nice and helpful I’m happy they have a new assistant manager instead of the guy from before. The car wash does a decent job for what it is the rating would be higher if they can get that mat cleaner up and running again that thing is amazing!”

“Amazing combination of quality, expertise and value. I had my Powerstroke done awesome and there was a small imperfection on the rear window which was replaced on the lifetime warranty with a darker version. Couldn't be happier and bringing my wife's car tomorrow.”

“I want to start off by saying the repair was done well, and the car looks good. But I also want to mention two negative things. First off they left a stain on my seat, which is a light fabric. Thankfully I was able to get it out with a carpet shampooer but I think it would be best business practice going forward to clean up the car, before the owner comes to pick it up. My second negative is that one of their employees stole two dollars from the car, which just seems petty. I recommend working on these two things to improve customer experience.”

“I highly recommend Miguel at the Auto Magician. I pulled the part of the from bumper off of my Mercedes. A friend of mine said I need to take it to the Auto Magician in Friendswood. Miguel was friendly and personable but said it looked ugly so I need to leave. Next day he sent me a text that it was ready for $149.00”

“I found this tint shop through the Nextdoor app, where it came highly recommended by the community. I stopped by to ask a few questions, and the owner was very friendly and answered everything thoroughly, even giving me a business card for follow-up. A few days later, I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, he was ready to get started right on time. The work was great, and I was so happy with the experience that I scheduled another appointment to go a bit darker. The second visit was just as smooth and professional as the first. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality tint and excellent customer service!”

“Leslie and Don of Gerber Webster have been absolutely amazing! Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. 😩 So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn’t perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it’s all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. Their customer service skills, responsiveness, and dedication to make up, satisfy their clients, and go the extra mile are really beyond compare. I hope these kind of genuine concern and passion for their craft continue to not just satisfy but WOW their clients even more. Kudos to you guys!”

“Recently I had body work done on my car that I had bought used. Caliber collision and been recommended by my insurance company and I had set up an appointment with them. They had given me an estimate and a time when the car would be done. When they started the work on the car they noticed that the car have been in a previous accident and the repairs have not been done correctly. They notified my insurance company and me about the problem. I contacted the insurance company to see what they would be doing I wasn't informed they would not repair the previous accident damage. After talking with caliber collision they gave me an estimate for the additional repairs confirming they would not affect the time it would take to repair the car. I got the car back it looked great and pairs done correctly and faster than estimated. Caliber collision did an outstanding job, keeping expenses within their estimate and finishing the job on time. This is something I don't always get when I take my car in for repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend caliber collision to do body work on your car.”

“Service has always been a 10/10. They keep you updated via text or whatever method you prefer, daily. I also received my vehicle earlier than initially scheduled. This is unfortunately not the first time I've had to use their service (I've had several other vehicles involved in accidents due to uninsured motorists) and CC has always taken care of my vehicles.”
