“Recently I had body work done on my car that I had bought used. Caliber collision and been recommended by my insurance company and I had set up an appointment with them. They had given me an estimate and a time when the car would be done. When they started the work on the car they noticed that the car have been in a previous accident and the repairs have not been done correctly. They notified my insurance company and me about the problem. I contacted the insurance company to see what they would be doing I wasn't informed they would not repair the previous accident damage. After talking with caliber collision they gave me an estimate for the additional repairs confirming they would not affect the time it would take to repair the car. I got the car back it looked great and pairs done correctly and faster than estimated.
Caliber collision did an outstanding job, keeping expenses within their estimate and finishing the job on time. This is something I don't always get when I take my car in for repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend caliber collision to do body work on your car.”

“I want to start off by saying the repair was done well, and the car looks good. But I also want to mention two negative things. First off they left a stain on my seat, which is a light fabric. Thankfully I was able to get it out with a carpet shampooer but I think it would be best business practice going forward to clean up the car, before the owner comes to pick it up. My second negative is that one of their employees stole two dollars from the car, which just seems petty. I recommend working on these two things to improve customer experience.”
“I found this tint shop through the Nextdoor app, where it came highly recommended by the community. I stopped by to ask a few questions, and the owner was very friendly and answered everything thoroughly, even giving me a business card for follow-up.
A few days later, I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, he was ready to get started right on time. The work was great, and I was so happy with the experience that I scheduled another appointment to go a bit darker. The second visit was just as smooth and professional as the first.
Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality tint and excellent customer service!”

They were also able to find the source of a whistling noise from the window trim and showed me how to put it back in place. Will definitely come back when the next rock gets me on 45”

“I called this shop after having contacted glass replacement shops on Galveston Island. It was definitely worth the 40-mile round trip from Galveston to Glass Plus in Santa Fe. The gentleman who owns the shop did an absolutely beautiful job replacing the mirrored glass in my wall mirror. It only took him around 20 minutes and he charged me the quoted amount, not a dime more.”

“I called EZ Auto Glass to inquire about a windshield replacement on a 19 tundra. I needed the replacement done before I left town the following day. I usually use a competitor around the corner but they did not have availability for another 2 weeks. EZ Auto ordered the glass and got it installed the same day.I also got the tint strip on the upper portion of the windshield. Very good customer service and the work they do is outstanding. I recommend this location if you are looking for good quality work.”

“Probably one of the lowest price in Houston for Honda CRV windshield. Install took about an hour. Very nice comfortable waiting area with several big soft recliners and chairs. The woman running the front office, named Nina, I think, was extremely professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. “We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”
