“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”

“I went on a business trip for work and my company set me up in a rental for traveling. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been in a position to use any rental car service for business. Via the website, I specifically chose a Toyota to drive since I'm a Toyota girl and am more comfortable with one.Upon walking into the establishment, I sat down as a lady was being serviced and waited. Immediately, staff member, Anmaria greeted me with a smile and quickly got my background information such as my driver's license. She assured me that there was going to be a wait since the technology wasn't working properly that day and that they had a line of individuals needing to give cars too.There were about four people ahead of me, so I just sat down and waited. During the wait time, I witnessed two Karens screaming and getting disgruntled with Anmaria since they had been waiting for a while. It was a disturbing show to watch, but Anmaria remained calm and treated them professionally ensuring that their vehicles would be ready as soon as possible.Thankfully, Anmaria kept her word and had them on their way with a vehicle which they complained about again. Then, another staff member, Jackie serviced the man who waited for more than an hour. She greeted him with a smile and immediately placed him an a vehicle. Finally, it was my turn. Ms. Jackie walked me outside to what appeared to be not-a-Toyota, but instead a luxury Volvo. She gave me a walkthrough of the vehicle, we looked a previous scratches and made note of them. I was straightforward with her by explaining that I am not used to computerized vehicles and have a manual car at home. I asked if she could show me how to operate some of the controls.Ms. Jackie was patient with me and showed me how to open the gas area, how to connect my phone to Bluetooth, and how to control the seating, and she thoroughly explained that the "P" button was for parking.During the trip, I had no major issues with the vehicle and the vehicle rode very smoothly. It gave me 36 mpg so I only had to stop once heading to DFW for gas and once heading back to the Houston area. Upon returning the vehicle, I returned it after hours and met with Ms. Lisa who was assisting a male Karen who was very rude to me as I was briefly chatting with Ms. Lisa.Ms. Lisa was very nice and did not give me any form of attitude. She was understanding of the mistake and assured me that it would be okay. She offered to dispose of my trash, but I told her that it was fine I could handle it. They even have a chat line that you can text them on if you have any troubles with the vehicle. I had trouble opening the gas cap area upon returning the vehicle, but eventually figured it out.I visited the store to get a copy of the receipt and met with the smile of Lisa who quickly produced a receipt for me. I even spoke with another staff member, Laura who assisted Lisa. Both gave exceptional customer service.Overall, I had a very positive experience with the staff members here. I will warn y'all that there are a lot of entitled Karens who come here.”

“My company has been using Enterprise for many years now. However, this was our first visit to the Friendswood branch. It is the closest to our office so it is extremely convenient. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We confirmed our reservation and went through the process painlessly and quickly--probably in and out in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint would be that this branch is not open on the weekends, but I understand that is not always an option. I would recommend this branch to anyone.”

“Both times I've come in to rent a vehicle , Vito has provided excellent customer service, been very polite, and knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations on vehicle choices. Along with getting to use my Veteran discount , yall also have excellent rates , which was a big factor in choosing Avis. We returned a 2nd time because of Vitos great customer service and the excellent rates. Yall have great rentals that are clean , and comfortable. I hated bringing my rental back because , $30 filled the tank in the rental versus $70 plus for my pickup. Lol Will get my next rental from Avis for sure.”

“Lauren. Yes. Lauren! She's awesome! Having had a bad day from a car accident, I was worried about calling the next place of business while under stress and getting bad customer service. However, Lauren completely turned things around as she was the complete opposite of all the others. Lauren was so knowledgeable of the services provided at Enterprise and really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Enterprise here in Pearland, TX and give both this location and Lauren 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks so much for such great customer service!”

“Well so far "Mike" has not been very helpful for me this morning. I rented a car last night, paid in full online, and he now has no car for me. He actually had the audacity to say he couldn't talk to me on the phone because he had "customers in front of him". Probably the one he gave my pre-paid reservation to - and very interesting that someone who pays online is not a customer who is valued. I will never prepay for a car again. He cannot promise I would be refunded immediately ("call the 800 number" was his sage advice), and he could not promise to fill the reservation. It's a big city, I have a hard time believing he couldn't find another budget location to bring a car to service the reservation. Now I'm sure he was as charming as could be to the customer in front of him, but that certainly has not been my experience so buyer beware.eta - editing to 4 stars - ended up getting a very nice car that I kept for 2 weeks while mine has been in shop. It shouldn't have taken my husband going in to make that happen, but maybe the attendant was having a bad day. Willing to give another chance.”
