“They did a great job replacing my front bumper, fit and finish was perfect. They used V&V paint shop to get the new bumper color match, it came great.
Best place for an oil change, they wash my car inside and out, and, the lounge has comfy chairs.”

“I was rear-ended and suffered many injuries. This location had amazing customer service and made sure to find a vehicle that didn't cause me more pain to get in and out of. The vehicle was new, clean, upgraded safety features, blind spot detection, dash monitor with front and back camera and had sensory detection. If a bird flew to close it let you know.
The interior was clean, sharp and well maintained. My seat was more comfortable than a lazy boy. Due to the lack of communication from the insurance company, Enterprise was always respectful and understanding. They even went above and beyond to get my rental extended. I will definitely return here for future rental needs.”
“Only reason to give 4 stars is bc there was no available loaner car so I had to spend $ renting a vehicle. And why it takes 2 1/2 days to do a health check makes no sense to me. Otherwise the service guys were really nice and my check engine light is now off.”

“We were in a tight spot and needed a car quick the Friday of Spring Break . We couldn’t believe our luck when they said that they had one available. Rushed over before they closed and the place was busy . Karrington Anderson is the lovely lady that helped us - we know because she gave us her card . Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but we witnessed a customer being extremely rude to her and she handled the situation calmly and effectively. This location is also nice & clean . “Budget hosed us. We made a reservation at Hobby for a car about a month ago and they
rented it to somebody else anyway. Booooo!!
Walked to Enterprise from our nearby hotel and asked if they had anything. Gabby, I think, helped us immediately and got us a van.
Within 30 minutes the van was available and we were on our way.
As we waited, people were coming in who had rented cars because their own cars were in wrecks. Each one had problems associated with their personal autos and repairs and were asking for rental extensions, which they got, no issues.
Everybody was leaving relieved.
It was a great experience and we will be sticking with Enterprise for our infrequent rental needs.”

“Making the reservation was easy. I didn't have a way to get to their office so they came and picked me up. 5 minutes later I was driving off the lot in a clean Toyota Camry. 300 miles later I was home and returned the car to the local Enterprise location. Doesn't get any better than that.”
“The staff at this location was awesome. I dropped off my vehicle before my cruise and was simple. After the cruise I picked up 2 vehicles and even though it was busy, the staff were so friendly and helpful.”

“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”

“When I had a little wrinkle with the phone reservation system located elsewhere, I decided to stop in and talk to the staff on location. Quick, helpful and efficient is the best way to describe the encounter. I made a reservation and when I returned at the scheduled time everything was waiting. Car rentals are more expensive than I remember, but good customer service reduces the sting a bit.”

“I had a good experience. Just remember to vacuum before you return the car if it's messy because you do sign so sort agreement that states there is a vacuum fee if you return it dirty. Be there early for your vehicle if you need it right away, because there may be a 20 or more minute wait. Check the vehicle tires before you leave because even with additional insurance, it does not cover tires. I did prepaid so that may helped reserved a vehicle for me. I did dropped by the day before and asked about the vehicle cause I needed a mini van. I wanted make sure they had one.”
