“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”

“My issue - insurance related. Enterprise personnel were "fighting my insurance battle" while I slept. I work nights & sleep most of the day. Not easy get in touch w/me & Enterprise was patient w/me. Offered advice to help w/my ins. coverage problem. Thx Enterprise.”

“They made the rental experience quick and easy. They sent an employee, Mr. Charles, to come pick me up from the collision repair place and he was the absolute best! All the employees were friendly but he was the first employee I interacted with since my insurance had set up the reservation and he made the greatest impression. It’s a great Enterprise to work with, and if you’re getting your car repaired at a nearby repair shop, they may even be able to pick you up, which is so convenient.”

“I went on a business trip for work and my company set me up in a rental for traveling. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been in a position to use any rental car service for business. Via the website, I specifically chose a Toyota to drive since I'm a Toyota girl and am more comfortable with one.Upon walking into the establishment, I sat down as a lady was being serviced and waited. Immediately, staff member, Anmaria greeted me with a smile and quickly got my background information such as my driver's license. She assured me that there was going to be a wait since the technology wasn't working properly that day and that they had a line of individuals needing to give cars too.There were about four people ahead of me, so I just sat down and waited. During the wait time, I witnessed two Karens screaming and getting disgruntled with Anmaria since they had been waiting for a while. It was a disturbing show to watch, but Anmaria remained calm and treated them professionally ensuring that their vehicles would be ready as soon as possible.Thankfully, Anmaria kept her word and had them on their way with a vehicle which they complained about again. Then, another staff member, Jackie serviced the man who waited for more than an hour. She greeted him with a smile and immediately placed him an a vehicle. Finally, it was my turn. Ms. Jackie walked me outside to what appeared to be not-a-Toyota, but instead a luxury Volvo. She gave me a walkthrough of the vehicle, we looked a previous scratches and made note of them. I was straightforward with her by explaining that I am not used to computerized vehicles and have a manual car at home. I asked if she could show me how to operate some of the controls.Ms. Jackie was patient with me and showed me how to open the gas area, how to connect my phone to Bluetooth, and how to control the seating, and she thoroughly explained that the "P" button was for parking.During the trip, I had no major issues with the vehicle and the vehicle rode very smoothly. It gave me 36 mpg so I only had to stop once heading to DFW for gas and once heading back to the Houston area. Upon returning the vehicle, I returned it after hours and met with Ms. Lisa who was assisting a male Karen who was very rude to me as I was briefly chatting with Ms. Lisa.Ms. Lisa was very nice and did not give me any form of attitude. She was understanding of the mistake and assured me that it would be okay. She offered to dispose of my trash, but I told her that it was fine I could handle it. They even have a chat line that you can text them on if you have any troubles with the vehicle. I had trouble opening the gas cap area upon returning the vehicle, but eventually figured it out.I visited the store to get a copy of the receipt and met with the smile of Lisa who quickly produced a receipt for me. I even spoke with another staff member, Laura who assisted Lisa. Both gave exceptional customer service.Overall, I had a very positive experience with the staff members here. I will warn y'all that there are a lot of entitled Karens who come here.”

“My company always rent my car by Avis, I'm giving 5 stars just thanks to Tyler, that is a really nice guy always trying to make the customer happy and checking the vehicle to see if it is in good conditions.All the other people I had to deal with, gave me dirty cars, on service due, and were more rude, pretending to solve any small issue just going to the Houston airport hub.”

“My husband and I had a last minute reservation for a minivan that sits up to 7 people. This was our first family vacation to another state and we needed alot of space. When we went to pick it up, Josh (can't remember how to spell his name) was extremely helpful. From the pick up to the drop off, Josh's customer service was beyond excellent. The next time we travel, we know where to go and we know who to call. Thank you, Josh, for being so friendly and so kind and thank you, Enterprise for hiring him and having great deals.”

“Both times I've come in to rent a vehicle , Vito has provided excellent customer service, been very polite, and knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations on vehicle choices. Along with getting to use my Veteran discount , yall also have excellent rates , which was a big factor in choosing Avis. We returned a 2nd time because of Vitos great customer service and the excellent rates. Yall have great rentals that are clean , and comfortable. I hated bringing my rental back because , $30 filled the tank in the rental versus $70 plus for my pickup. Lol Will get my next rental from Avis for sure.”
