“I reserved a SUV for a family trip with another car rental company and was told the morning I went to pick it up that they didn't have a vehicle for me (very unprofessional). Needless to say, I was in a bind and needed something quick as we were supposed to be heading out of town that morning. Luckily, I found out that Toyota rents out cars and had a minivan that would fit all of my stuff and family. Kim was super nice and helpful and the minivan was pretty comfortable, great on gas, and met all of our needs for our trip. I can't thank Kim enough for saving our family trip... I will defiantly go with them for the next time I need to rent!!”
