“I love 7-11 stores. As a kid, we had them as the most prevalent convenience store in the Houston Area. Suddenly they disappeared and were replaced by Stop N Go stores for decades. suddenly Stop N Go vanished. In the last decade, a local independent store switched it's employees uniforms and slowly the equipment and signage to 711 brand logos. The outside of the store remained as it was when still an independent store. Maybe two years ago the 711 sign was installed and then months later the store was repainted in the 711 motif and close to 7 other local independents and a couple of chain stores have donned the 711 branding.What I love about this rebranding into the 711 family is consistent quality of products that is inconsistent anywhere else. The coffee was something I loved about 711 before and now continues with them returning. If I like a coffee at my 711 on my hometown, I can be sure it will be as good at the 711 I find wherever I go. They carry fountain or fresh brewed iced tea at all 711s and other stores it is a crapshoot.Their own brand of products has shown to be of good value and variety and also have plenty of unique items also”

“Micheal the Manager of this store is awesome. He helped me select the phone I needed. The store is clean and staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I do not like any of the phones currently out. I would like to see my right to more options as a consumer being respected. I do not want to pay for AI features if I do not want AI features. I want to pay for a more durable phone with a high processor and the ability to remove the battery when I so chose. I walked in with the money to buy the most expensive phone they had and would have if it was what I wanted. I bought the cheapest version of what I wanted because none of them are what I truly want as a consumer. Not all of us are driving and texting glued to our phones leaving 94 reviews for businesses. Some of us just want our music app and phone in the same device. None of the staff seemed high. They seemed laid back. None of that loud fake customer service in your face. Just chill respect. If you want that fake nice stay out of Alvin. If you are more worried about name tags over what you are actually paying money for, check your priorities. Be polite and ask them their name. I have been with Tmobile for years as well, my bill is almost 400 dollars a month. I bought 2 accessories today. Customers like me are the bread and butter to Tmobile. The company should offer me what I want. The employees/authorizeddealers do the best they can with what the company and the owner gives them.”

“Been going to Aarons in Alvin for 3 years now. Love this store. Left today with another TV. Misty is an absolute god send. She is so helpful. Love that any of my issues she does her best to help.My only complaint is they made the Alvin location a show room. I will not go to the Webster or Pearland stores to shop. Big disappointment”
