“My husband and I had a very difficult problem with our AT&T iPhone 18 Pro Maxes after this last .01 update. We went between AT&T and Apple for days. DAYS. Today was our second consecutive day visiting the Apple Store at Baybrook to find a resolution. Myron was the specialist who helped us. He spent an obscene amount of time with us and had every bit of excellent knowledge and customer service and support Apple would hope for any of their specialists to have. He moved around those diagnostic tests, menus, and setting with all confidence and competence. Myron DID find resolutions for both our phones, and at NO point did we feel like we were a burden or a task. We hope Myron gets awards for his knowledgeability and customer service. AT&T can suck one, but as long as the Apple Store at Baybrook has specialists like Myron, the Apple Store at Baybrook will have us. Thank you for your excellence, Myron! Here’s to you, friend! 🍻”
