I went to switch my service to Metro PCS and encountered numerous obstacles that would have frustrated almost anyone. “Just had an extremely awesome experience in the Bacliff Metro store. The two girls that were working were just wonderful. They both went above and beyond to help me. I want to give a shout-out to both of them. Ignacia and Barbie were the best employees I have ever encountered in any Metro store. I think they should both get promoted or at least both get raises... More money for being so helpful. I was actually dreading going in the store but I am leaving extremely happy because of these two ladies.”
“I have had amazing experiences with Elliot. He was super helpful, kind, and acknowledgeable. Anytime I go to this Best Buy I look for specifically him because he is the only one that seems to enjoy helping people. I was super confused on which charger I needed for my laptop since my old one was busted and Elliot didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing which one I needed. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and made sure I was taken care of. I really hope they give him a raise or at least some kudos. I have never had a better interaction at this location.”

“I was in a rush and stopped in yesterday to find some baked goods for a party. The young lady Desiree was very helpful and found exactly what I needed she is attentive and has a great smile! I was searching for party plates as well, the employee by the makeup department looked clueless when I asked where the plates are located and she was not able to help. I stopped by the Starbucks area on my way out and was presented with samples that were delicious I stepped out of my comfort zone with my usual drink and got a grande size of the refresher.”
“My wife and I went and talked to Malik which is the store manager, he was able to work with a budget and get 4 phones activated and working within 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about current promotions and very professional. Definitely recommend it.”

“I love 7-11 stores. As a kid, we had them as the most prevalent convenience store in the Houston Area. Suddenly they disappeared and were replaced by Stop N Go stores for decades. suddenly Stop N Go vanished. In the last decade, a local independent store switched it's employees uniforms and slowly the equipment and signage to 711 brand logos. The outside of the store remained as it was when still an independent store. Maybe two years ago the 711 sign was installed and then months later the store was repainted in the 711 motif and close to 7 other local independents and a couple of chain stores have donned the 711 branding.What I love about this rebranding into the 711 family is consistent quality of products that is inconsistent anywhere else. The coffee was something I loved about 711 before and now continues with them returning. If I like a coffee at my 711 on my hometown, I can be sure it will be as good at the 711 I find wherever I go. They carry fountain or fresh brewed iced tea at all 711s and other stores it is a crapshoot.Their own brand of products has shown to be of good value and variety and also have plenty of unique items also”

“I stopped in around 12:45 tuesday morning I usually go to another store every night on my way to work the guy behind the counter was awesome I accidently spilled my soda and I kept offering to clean up my mess and he told me it was his job and cleaned it up we ended up talking for a few minutes really good guy good attitude this store is my new store I go to before work now”

On April 17th I upgraded my husband's and my phone on the website for locker pickup at 6:23 and 6:28 respectively for locker pickup because by the time I left work and arrived at the location it would be just after they closed. I called at 7:21 to confirm the orders would be ready that evening, I spoke to a gentleman who rushed me off the phone telling me they would be ready.
At 7:26 pm and 7:41 I recieved the emails that my orders where ready for pickup. I arrived at the store just after 8pm excited to pick up my new phones. I was able to retrieve 1 order. While the other showed I had no order available for pickup.
There were still 3 employees in the store. I typed out a message on my phone because I just wanted them to check and make sure the lockers were completely closed on their side and was going to show it to them through the door. I did not expect them to come out and speak to me or even let me in the store as they were closed. I walked up to the door as they were standing right there and they locked the door and walked away telling me no.
I got in my car and proceeded to get on chat with verizon as it was after business hours for a call and wanted to make sure that I would be able to pick up my second order today April 18th. Mean while sitting in my car on chat the employees would not come out of the store until I drove away. Which I did not immediately do as I refuse to text and drive.
I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. While I understand it was after business hours, they were still unwilling to help with a simple question and/or request. As someone in customer service/sales this was a very disappointing interaction. We shall see if it is rectified today.”
