“Experience with Sales lady Suzanne was really good. The only objection I had was the set of sheets that I got as part of the free package were definitely not 5 star, maybe a 3 star. The mattress I selected is really different from what I have been sleeping on for 25 years or so. I like it fine but with any big change it takes awhile to get used to. “Great experience. I was confused that the Mattress and frame was in stock at the store but I couldn't purchase it in store. The computer wouldn't let the salesman sell it. I was given the option to go to Houston to get it if for same day which was nice but a very long trip. Overall I really like the bed and mattress.”

With that said, these guys should get 6. My wife and I were bed shopping, landed at Exclusive Furniture and ended up getting a sectional that's out of this world! Didn't really want to leave cause the experience was like being in the VIP section of the swankiest place that comes to mind. The selection was so intriguing that we totally forgot about the bed and left waiting for our sectional to be delivered. It didn't stop there! The delivery guys showed up and showed out. They were professional, efficient, swift and polite. To add icing to the cake, Our salesman Philip Segundo said thanks for our business by way of Tiff's Treats. Hats off to the whole Exclusive Team at the Webster location.”

“After owning my Lovesac sactional for a couple of months, I am pleased to say it was the right choice for my family! I have the great team at the Baybrook Mall location to thank for making our experience so positive. Kaylyn was an absolute superstar and is a big reason we chose to order directly from the store. She is so knowledgable, personable, and really helped guide us in the right directions when it came to designing our dream couch. Since getting our new sactional, we’ve already reconfigured it at least a dozen times to accommodate movie nights and game nights. And when it came time to completely switch up our living room setup, our couch was able to make the adjustment too. The versatility and adaptability of these couches is what drew me to the Lovesac brand in the first place, but the great experience at the store really cemented that this was the way to go. I am very happy with the quality of my couch so far and am looking forward to adding more pieces in the future from my friendly, local Baybrook Mall Lovesac!”
“I had a great experience buying a new bedroom set and mattress. Cisco made the whole experience so easy for us. He helped us find the perfect bedroom set and mattress. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend asking for him, you can find him in the mattress section, but he can assist with any of the furniture! We will be requesting him again when it’s time to buy new furniture. Ask for Cisco!”
“We shopped for several months for a quality outdoor couch and swivel chair. Looking at the big box home supply stores, all they had seemed rather low quality. We finally settled on a chair/couch set from Rooms-to-Go or Chair King. Though the sets at both stores were very similar, we really liked the set (and color) at Chair King better but it was more expensive so I was willing to settle for the set at Rooms-to-Go based on cost. After talking to the fine folks at Chair King, they were able to price match and we purchased the set from Chair King. We did feel that Wes and his manager (forgot her name) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, what we selected was not in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks but the set was delivered on the date originally stated. The delivery guys were nice and they unwrapped the cushions and place the chair/couch set where we wanted on our patio.”
“Fantastic build! Like, actually fantastic as in fantasy like. We absolutely love our pool! It was built well, and what little has occurred after the build (a light went out, the bridge got warped by wet summer) they've covered under warranty efficiently and thoroughly. The price we paid is reflected in the build quality and service. The timeline was reasonable and generally kept to (every big project gets schedule adjustments, it was all within expected limits). We were happy they took the time to do it right rather than rush to meet a timeline.Justin runs an amazing build. The pricing was very on par with similar offerings from other bids, but the high quality we got for the price was a huge relief! You never know what you are going to get with contractors until you've already paid in a lot, so we are glad this company fully earned the trust we gave.In a nutshell: Gorgeous high quality pool. Reasonable price similar to other bids. Great service after build completion. Warranty honored completely. Custom build followed to perfection.Pool pics below. Forgive my amateurish shots! It's cold out. Heated gunite saltwater pool (i'm using it right now in December. 78 degree pool, 104 degree hot tub, 40 degree outside temp! Took hot tub about 35 minutes to heat up). Working mini lazy river. Sun shelf.”

“This World Market is one of the best ones I have been to. It is large and spacious, nothing is crammed together. There are seasonal items for every season. My favorite was their Harry Potter display. Though somethings seemed expensive, I ventured to 5 Below later and their prices were the same.”

Over the years since ive gotten chairs, a dining table and more chairs for it, a custom bookcase center and most recently a custom desk. Excellent workmanship. “Walked in thinking I wouldn’t find what I was looking for. Paul met me at the door and greeted me and just let me wander about without pushing me for a purchase. Fell in LOVE with a modular couch and a super beautiful wooden bed frame. Walked over to Paul, made my purchases and scheduled my deliveries. “I visited this Target a few days before Christmas to buy my son some Christmas gifts. The store was clean and organized. The staff was so nice and friendly.I ended up getting my son a couple of shirts and shorts for next summer, a Scooby-Doo DVD, a sesame street boom with a record player, and a play dough set with more play dough.The cashier was so sweet and nice. She took care of us well. The only downfall is that the Starbucks inside of this Target wasn't open but it's not a big deal considering there is a Starbucks in the parking lot.I will return to this location”
