“Me and my husband joined about 1 month ago,
It our first time in a gym, we both really liked it, mostly everything , we had been going every other day for the past few weeks,
And the last two days that we were there I saw two different women one on each day ,
(. Using more than one machine at the same time, I am not sure if anyone can do that, but I don’t think that is allowed
I like that there is a lot of choices, and also there is more than one same machine, but still I don’t think that’s right.

“This place is absolutely amazing. The people, the service and the location. I can't express how much I recommend this place. I am disabled and working on my rehabilitation. Everyone there is so sweet. They don't make me feel like an outsider. They give me advice, if they notice something. They are helpful and caring people. One of the members helped a gentleman find his phone today. I have been assisted myself too. I was helped with setting up a couple of the machines. I was advised that I could increase the difficulty on the recumbent bike. I didn't know that I could. I was only doing a level one. I am actually able to do a level 5. Big improvement. That's just two instances. I definitely would recommend this gym to anyone.”

“Great environment to train or workout. Coach Chris doesnt skip the fundamentals. Footwork, blocking, basic combos. Worked his way through the gym and corrected/advised all boxers in the gym. Knows how to motivate the kids and speak to the adults. There are some beasts in this gym!”
