“I always choose ABV Inn and Suites when traveling for my cycling dates. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. ABV Alvin was especially clean. The room was clean and furnished nicely. You can't go wrong with this location.”

“My room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the space themed art everywhere. Front desk staff was very friendly, evening receptions with complimentary food and drink are a really nice touch. I didn't care much for the location in suburbia, but there are several restaurants within a relatively short walk and many within a few minutes drive. The only negative thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was very disappointing.”

“We stayed here as a family for a visit to the Space Center Houston / Johnson Space Center. This hotel is a 2 minute drive to McDonald's and a 3 minute drive to the Space Center. Super convenient. Motel style lodging with parking outside your room door. Doors and walls need updated, painted. Staff was pleasant and efficient. I peeked in at breakfast and did not see much of anything offered. I grabbed a cup of coffee and called it good. We felt safe in the area. Not a luxury stay but could not be any more convenient to visit Space Center Houston.”

“Very impressed with the level of service. In particular, I would like to commend Elizabeth. She was on the night shift and checked us in. She was very pleasant. The next morning she was still at the front desk just as cheerful! When the restaurant wait staff failed to show, she served an entire dining room full of folks breakfast while she also kept the front desk going! Her cheeks were flush as she rushed around keeping everyone happy. Elizabeth is a rare gem and I hope she is appreciated by her superiors. We will definitely stay here again.”

“A pleasant place to stay. The bathroom needed attention hair was left in the sink (see pic below) not sure what to make of the tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, but okay. Not enough for 2 people at all.”

“We enjoyed staying here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The room was nice, clean, and the best thing about the stay was the dog friendliness! The free shampoos and soaps actually smell good too. The hotel is tucked away from the highway, surrounded by a lot of tidy greenspaces and right behind a garden store. There are doggy bag stations posted around the perimeter of the building for easy clean up. Perfect for travelling with paw pals. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated along with the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate down in the lobby. There is also a well stocked snack bar at the front desk. Would book again.Rooms: Nice and clean. A little small but perfect for a quick stay.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast and complimentary hot drinks. They also provide a snack bar in the lobby which was great.”

He gave us all the details for our stay from breakfast to all the amenities included in our stay.Room:Big and roomy with two large queen beds! Everything was clean and neat. The room was cool and relaxing. Just what we needed.Pool/Jacuzzi:There was a nice pool to go for a dip and a jacuzzi to relax in. Gym:If you needed a good workout there was a gym located near the pool area. Conclusion:This hotel is close to Houston's NASA and super close to shopping. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I will definitely come back.”

“Got value for money. Cozy quality ambiance, great luxury feeling in the room and good rest all through. May be a bit tricky to locate as it's in the back of a row of other establishments, but once you figure it out, it becomes easy to get to.Walkability: The main road is very walkable and there is actually a mall within walking distance. Lots of eaterys and coffee places.. on both sides of the road..”

“Our recent stay at the Inn was nice especially b/c of Jo who greeted us and took care of us during our entire stay. She couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating! The reason I didn't give the review 5 stars is because although our room was nice, the bathroom shower wasn't working well and we got one of the most expensive suites on the 3rd floor. However, we would definitely stay there again as it has always been our GO TO Bed and Breakfast!!”

“This was my 1st time to ever have been there. I thought it was great. Truthfully, I was impressed. From what I could see it's a well kept property. The rooms are nice & clean, you've got everything you need including a free breakfast buffet. (Which was good, btw) The only thing close to being a negative is our room was small.(But, it was still doable) No regrets. We will be staying there again.”

“Do not book the hotel! It is a private owner who will scam you in any way once your card is on file. We were charged for damaging towels…. Towels!! $120 worth of towels! Filing dispute with our credit card company.”

“The location was their only decent quality for being close to the freeway. The man at the front desk was rude and incredibly unfriendly. No elevator. We were required to use one of two stairwells on opposite sides of the building. So be sure you don't have any heavy luggage unless getting a workout in was a goal of yours. The hallway of the floor we were on smelled terribly, and a large dog would bark loudly at us every time we walked to our room. There were questionable characters hanging around outside near the back entry door that didn't have lock on it like we were told it would. Just opened right up.There was a half empty 24 pack of cheap beer that sat at the entrance for a whole day before someone decided to remove it.They offered a "Continental breakfast" but after seeing the place I decided against eating or drinking anything there. For your health and safety, I would HIGHLY suggest that you pay a bit more and go to any one of the other, far nicer, hotels in the area.Noteworthy details: It's gross. It was $60 and we got about $60 worth. You get what you pay for with this place.”

“Me and my family went here because we were planning to go to NASA (which we did earlier today) and this location was just perfect. It is right across from NASA so close that you could walk to it. The only thing to complain about are the fold out beds. They do not give you any blankets (but will provide you with some upon request) just two thin sheets and the springs are slightly uncomfortable but you get used to it after a hot minute.Nearby activities: NASA and pool”

“I visited while some renovation was going on, so bear that in mind. Overall the room was pretty nice. The trim over the microwave was missing, TV has a broken stand, couple of small holes in the wall, but overall pretty nice. Stayed here a week. The parking lot is pretty easy to get in and out of and seems to be of adequate size. Couple of outdoor cameras and security cameras inside. Minimal smell of weed (mostly outside and occasionally in the elevator). Overall I'd stay here again and wouldn't feel bad recommending it to others.”
