“Let me say the customer service is top tier! This isn’t a paid ad or anything like that either. I had been searching high and low for the perfect piece of Ghostwood to fit in my third enclosure and match my other two enclosures set ups. I couldn’t find it anywhere. The store near me only had humongous pieces that I wasn’t trying to pay for just to cut up and destroy. I then made a few purchases on other sites that resulted in way too small or way too large pieces. So then I checked the bio dude website and saw they sold ghostwood so I reached out and described what I was looking for. They took the time and asked questions to figure out what I needed and was looking for. They then took the time to take photos of a few different options matching my description so I could see it before buying. End result I purchased an absolute perfect fit of what I was looking for! Thank you so much for taking the extra step to help a customer out, I will be a customer for life and will continue to recommend you!”

“I visit this area a couple times a year to see a friend and we always stop at Friendswood hardware. Their plants are amazing and they are very knowledgeable. I also live in a dry area and their plants are especially tolerant to drought. The inside is filled with cute patio decorations, pots, feeders and gardening equipment. Love it!!”

“Great staff, good selection of flagstones and their location was very close to home. The staff helped my wife and I select the right number and quality of stones from two pallets to successfully work my DYI 5 x 4 project. (a path under a grape arbor).”

“They want to be the big name store but they run out of stuff all the time and sometimes it is weeks before it shows up again and sometimes it never does. They raise the prices on stuff all the time. The try to be competitive with the other stores but some of there prices are higher than other stores. I started shopping at Walmart because they were cheaper than the chain stores. They got a store full of cash register but only a few are being used at all times. The store I shop at has about 10 self checkout on each end is the store and in the middle of the store the only register that sells cigarettes is about the only thing I see open they 4 self checkout with belts for large groceries but never opened. They out three personal on the 10 self checkouts 1 of them can do the self checkouts with belts. Another store I shop at has nothing but self checkouts and there are at a person over 4 self checkouts and one more extra to help out but the first 6 on each end of store are the only ones I see that are open all the time.”

“I ordered 4 yards of garden soil on a Saturday. They promised delivery in 2 hours and it was dumped in the spot I asked for within the promised time frame. The girl who answered the phone was pleasant and efficiently handled my call. The driver of the truck was quick and careful of our power lines. He had to be a skilled driver to get into our driveway and dump the load quickly without doing any damage. I will call again.”

“I forgot his name. He is the assistant manager, young, possibly white with strawberry blonde hair. He helped me with advice for the best products when experiencing a clogged pipe. My concern was not wanting to buy something that didn’t work. He recommended a different product and gave me steps on what to do. Let’s just say my drain was unclogged before adding the solution. (He suggested using the snake first). Thank you so much for being an active listener to the consumer’s needs!”

“Steve helping me with curbside is AMAZING! Somehow half my order got sent to a different store and he went above and beyond to fix my order, and get me the item instead of making me drive across Houston in 5 pm traffic. You’re my hero Steve!”

“I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Syed, who works in the bulb aisle. I came here last year to buy some bulbs. As I stood staring at the shelf, completely confused, he came over and offered to help. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I needed, and it wouldn’t have been that easy without him. Today I came back to buy several different bulbs, just like last time. Again, they all looked the same, with so many kinds and choices. Luckily, I saw Mr. Syed helping another customer. I went straight to him, and he politely and kindly helped me until I found everything I needed. I also forgot to bring a cart. He told me to wait and brought one over to me. My experience at Home Depot has been so pleasant and convenient because of his excellent customer service. He is the kind of employee who deserves to be Employee of the Year! Thank you!”

“I absolutely loved shopping at Houston Garden Center this fall! Their beautiful selection of plants were fantastic and cheap (50% off) making it a gardener's paradise. The staff was exceptionally friendly so if you need help just ask. Thanks so much, Houston Garden Center, for making my visit a delightful experience!”

“Always love this place and always spend too much money because they just have so much great stuff. The staff is excellent. I had to make a quick stop to pick up an Easter gift for my mother. They directed me exactly to where the specific flowers I needed where. Had an excellent selection of colors at a VERY reasonable price and they helped carry my plants from the shelf to the register and then loaded them up in my truck. Which as a person in a wheelchair is a God sent. I will continue to use Houston Garden Centers as long as they're in business.”
