Saleswoman pushed a faulty samsung 24s on me. She refused to let me have a look at any displays or even look at the one she pushed on me until all my data was transferred and the sale was final. She was rude and snobbish toward me and my family. Obviously, I was too white and too much of a country girl to have a right to choose my own phone in her eyes. I will never go back to the Coulter st location again. At&T is lucky that I haven't gone to another carrier because of her.

Dorian and Auston were AMAZING. I came in AT 7, after being referred to their store by another AT&T that said they couldn’t help me because of an error on my account that I later found out THEY put on there. They had me out by 7:10 and everything was fixed. 100/10

I went in to upgrade my phone because my SIM card kept malfunctioning. Dorian switched me to a digital SIM card, fixing my phone, and he advised that I upgrade in a few months instead when the next iPhone comes out. No charge to me, and no sale for Dorian, but wow what a good honest salesman! Thanks Dorian!

I go in the S. Coulter store, thought I was lowering my bill, I feel like this guy scammed me big time. I will go back tomorrow and figure this out and I will record the entire conversation wondering how many people do they do this too. I have yet to see 120.00$ bill 171.00 and one phone is unlimited .... I never had this issue with Verizon!
