“I needed to set up a new bank account but I unfortunately worked Monday through Friday until 5 when all other banks close, I called access after seeing the positive reviews and they got me set up over the phone and all I had to do was stop by for a few minutes to sign paperwork (they are open until 5:30 pm Mondays) I got a new account and a super cute card. Brayton and Ariel were absolutely amazing and helped me through the whole process, I’m excited to be a new member!”

My application was processed by the friendly Branch Manager Mrs. Amanda Fuentes. Her coworker was friendly when I spoke to her as well, but I apologize because I didn't get her name to mention her. This was today on 12/06/2025.”

It had been 20 years since I financed anything, so most banks didn't like the fact that I had no credit history on file. I never had any problems with Herring bank in the two years I was dealing with them.”
“Interstate Bank is a good bank with good people I recently got a small loan from them and the credit bureau there was a big discrepancy in my credit score. I was unhappy about this and I required a good explanation. I called the office in Amarillo and they gave me to one of the loan officers and he was able to explain to me the screw job that the credit bureaus put on you all the time. I realize it wasn't the bank's fault that my credit score was inaccurate but it was a credit bureaus instead. Never trust the credit bureaus reporting system.”

Mrs. Latoya Louis went over and beyond to ensure that our accounts were no longer compromised. She exemplified exceptional patience and professionalism through the entire process.
