“I was beyond impressed with the service I had this evening! I have been driving for almost 15 years, been to many Blue Beacon locations all over the country (including this location before) but never have I had the service like I had today! I told the guy in charge of the wash what all I wanted done to my truck and trailer, pulled into the bay and went into the office to pay. The young lady who took my payment was welcoming, engaging and professional. I then went out to the bay to watch the guys washing my truck. These guys went above and beyond to not only meet but to far exceed my expectations. The lead guy (Javier) and the two gentlemen working with him really made my truck look amazing and I was beyond impressed! I frequently go to the Blue Beacon in Odessa,TX and they can’t hold a candle to these individuals. They all deserve a raise and a very generous one for their attitude, work ethic, customer service/satisfaction and quality of work. After a long and stressful day, they ended it for me on a very high note. Please hook these employees up, they deserve it! Thank you all for everything, keep up the amazing work and I’ll definitely come back to this location the next time I’m in town.”

“I will definitely be returning out of all three locations. This one is the best because it has the most options so that makes the two dollars for four minutes worth it and also they have more vending machines and their vacuums are cheaper and it’s always easy to figure out how to unjam the coins, the bill changer always works. I could put in a 20 and it will give me all quarters for it. They keep the hoppers full. However, I think that there should be a bill changer that gives you tokens and then the other one gives you quarters so you have options, but I will definitely be returning.”

“This Toot’n Totum car wash is hands-down my favorite in town. I usually go for the $20 Lava wash — yeah, it’s on the higher end, but totally worth it. The lights and rainbow effects during the wash make it feel like you’re driving through a sci-fi car spa. It’s weirdly fun every time.
The vacuums here are actually powerful (which is rare), and there are plenty of them, so I never have to wait long. Plus, I really appreciate that the trash cans are emptied regularly — it's clean, well-maintained, and doesn’t smell like old soda and fries like some other places.
Even though I don’t live nearby, I drive across town just to come to this location. That says something. Highly recommend.”

“Very nice facilities. Very nice equipment. It's well maintained. They have vacuums and they have several different car wash utensils that come in very handy like the brush. This tire brush and of course a very high powered pressure sprayer. The price is reasonable. It's located in a good place and I will be returning.”

These guys go the extra mile when I have bugs splattered all over my grill and windshield. They're friendly and attentive, which is more than I can say about the new one located off of Georgia & 58th. Major kudos to this crew!”
