“I’ve been taking my car to Eddie for a while mainly for oil changes. One oil change I asked him to look at my breaks, he did a quick assessment and told me what needed to be done and did it that day.
A few days ago my AC went out. My husband took it by and Eddie and his staff were quick to diagnosis what was needed. The compressor needed to be replaced. I’ll be honest with it being so much to replace, we shopped around, other places were quoting an insane amount! We ended back with Eddie. He was reasonable, up front and had it done within 24 hours.”

But since the woman (I think her name is Maria) started managing this place all inventory has been stocked and the customer service has been above and beyond, I’ve never had such an amazing experience every time at a convenience store. I have found myself going out of my way to come to this location. Good job tnt on hiring this woman. She knows how to run a business and make happy customers!”

“This Toot’n Totum car wash is hands-down my favorite in town. I usually go for the $20 Lava wash — yeah, it’s on the higher end, but totally worth it. The lights and rainbow effects during the wash make it feel like you’re driving through a sci-fi car spa. It’s weirdly fun every time.
The vacuums here are actually powerful (which is rare), and there are plenty of them, so I never have to wait long. Plus, I really appreciate that the trash cans are emptied regularly — it's clean, well-maintained, and doesn’t smell like old soda and fries like some other places.
Even though I don’t live nearby, I drive across town just to come to this location. That says something. Highly recommend.”

Coming from a single mom of 2 teens & team lead of a busy busy medical facility in Amarillo. .
Sunday night 3/1/26 about 6:30PM I went to start my car (x2) & it struggled; eventually I pushed the gas thinking give it “juice” it finally started. The little girl I was suppose to have home before 7 was unfortunately going to be a tad late.
I live less than 5 minutes away from the Walmart tire center on georgia (4215 Canyon Dr. Amarillo, TX 7911). I pulled up at approximately 6:42PM & went inside explaining what just occurred & Kevin who was at the desk politely let me know ALL SERVICE WORKERS have already left!! I sternly noted the times posted was 7PM online AND ON THE DOOR questioning how can they leave early. . Kevin then told me “they weren’t busy & left”. I asked him ok so is there anyone else who can check my battery as I wake up at 5:30AM & was worried my car wouldn’t start at all. He said maybe another store? I asked him to call because at this point it was 7:50PM & I knew I wouldn’t make it in time. He noted he didn’t have any numbers while gathering the trash bags behind the counter. . While he showed NO CONCERN I was frustrated just needing help. I asked kevin to get a supervisor because I needed help. well here comes Nancy (coach) who asked kevin what’s wrong. Kevin pointed to me lol. I run through the issue swiftly she also said she didn’t have a number so at this point I’m on goggles calling the coulter store.
Whomever answered the phone got a brief of the situation & got a manager. Placed me on hold & said go ahead and come we will take care of you. I let Kevin & Nancy know & left. I arrived at the coulter location (4610 S. Coulter St Amarillo Texas 79119) at 7:16PM. TWO men in the bay greeted me and told me come through the door. Then at the desk was the manager who greeted me asked for my keys & the 3 did the damn thing!!! FULL Battery check, COMPLETE tire pressure check (even put air in the 1 that needed a little) & advised me not to let my gas get low as gunk could have been the issue. I’m just a girl it happens. Put the needed product in my car, & checked me out at 7:31PM!!!!
HUGE THANK YOU to Albert C., Nathanael K., Michael A., & Jessie for all you did in helping me out. This location will be my go to regardless it being out the way for myself, family & recommendations to anyone I encounter!”

Looks like they actually lift the car off the ground to do a tire rotation using the purpose-built lift; rather than cheating and jacking up your car/truck using your rear differential and half of their purpose-built lift. This is much preferred, in my opinion. Plus, seemed knowledgeable and helpful too.”
“Walmart staff at Coultier st location in Amarillo were fabulous. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Had an emergency and needed a tire to match up with a set I just put on after damage to the sidewalk. Had it in stock, installed and had me on my way in an hour. They kept my vacation on track with minimal delay. Put a highlight in a unfortunate situation”
