“Puckett plaza is a nice little strip Mall located off of bell places such as Ollie's which has almost everything you need at discount prices there's a plasma donating place which is wonderful with customer service there's a little cupcake shop a little if you're looking for a wonderful afternoon to spend with your family head on down to Puckett plaza with your family and enjoying afternoon of shopping maybe a little coffee or tea and maybe a little cupcake but you will be in for a very big delight”

“They store is somewhat disorganized but I can deal with that. However the dressing rooms not being open is a major inconvenience. Some of us travel to the city to shop and do not want to have to come back right away to return things. A store that sells clothing should always have an open dressing room. The employees appeared unconcerned with the inconvenience which is very poor customer service. I like shoping at Burlington but it will not be my first go to as long as this situation persists”
“The employees are very helpful and the clothing is amazing. I went to Europe for two weeks and only took two of their travel khaki pants and a few of their no iron pants. The clothes were great. I would wash them in the sink, hang them up and they were ready to wear the next day. Didn't even have to iron them.”

That Saturday was the most overwhelming Saturday we've all ever worked. Just 2 days prior we found out we won't have jobs anymore. No we weren't cussing at customers we all don't do that. “Sadly, I am forgetting the name of the manager (might have been Chantel?) but she and Keely (hope I’m spelling that right) took such great care of me while I was buying some gifts for my nephew. For some reason, two of the items I was buying were not showing up in the system, and they found a way to make it work so that I was able to purchase them and be on my way. They were extremely friendly, and when I noticed a button on Keely’s lanyard that I loved, they looked it up to see that there was one left and dug through the seemingly endless button bin to try to find it for me. They never did, and I had resolved that I would look at up and find it somewhere online, but then Keely gave me the one she had on her lanyard… It was so sweet and even though it’s just a button, that act of kindness meant so much to me. In the midst of how long and patience-testing my transaction was, they remained kind and help and I cannot sing their praises enough!”
