Did a really good job! The colonies has really Good maintenance workers. Especially the younger dude. He’s a really kind dude and he’s very good at what he does. He’s fixed any issue I’ve had in my apartment. Replaced the hot water heater the same day. He’s very knowledgeable.

Things have improved a great deal w/ maintenance. Overall I'm pleased, except for the always broken sprinklers spewing H2O... Runs our H2O bills up. Moving from 2x ⭐ to 4x ⭐ rating
