“A guest that was there with City View Elementary School was rude and mistreated a child in the theater. She was reprimanded by the parents of the child but the other staff from City View Elementary promoted and joined in with her disgusting behavior. The managers and staff at the Museum were amazing jumping into action to calm the parents and made the child feel accepted. This could have ruined the day of our family but the quick and caring team at Don Harrington Discovery Center get the credit for a WIN today!”

“BCS is best in class for assisted living and memory care. I moved my father to Harrington and he grew to love it. He made friends and the staff treated him like royalty, catering to his every need. They allowed us to fully customize his apartment so that he would feel at home. When the time came to move him to Sycamore Memory Care, the staffs of both worked with us to make the transition as seamless as possible. The Sycamore exceeded all expectations. They took care of my dad until the moment that he died, providing exceptional, professional care all the way until the very end. I will be eternally grateful for BCS and the gift of compassion that they gave my dad in his last years. They are the best of the best.”
