“The pharmacist was so nice and offered to order my unusual med to have on hand should I decide to get my refill there on a monthly basis. The store was clean and inviting. It’s parking lot is accessible from Hillside street. Being on the corner of the shopping plaza makes it easy to find parking. I had not been to this pharmacy in the past so I used google maps for directions.”
“I'm only here visiting, but I love United! The produce is always so fresh, and the variety is good. The bakery has some of the most delicious cakes, cookies, etc. I've had. They carry such a wide variety of all products too.”
“The closest United to where I live, and the service has pretty much always been excellent. The store hasn't been remodeled or updated much (visibly) inside or outside, aside from the checkout lines (with the self-checkout lanes having been added) and the addition of new door operated freezer units being placed, so I give it a 4 star total for this reason. Would do a 4.5 if able, but it isn't an option. Great place otherwise, and we often do our shopping business (in part) here, as we have for over 30-50 years.”

“It was my first time ever going into a United Supermarket in which was a recommendation. I was simply passing though on vacation, and I needed dry ice. When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. I saw the dry ice machine, but I decided to look around. Long story short, I spent almost $100 by the time I made my way around the store. Fresh selections, unique items, friendly staff, smoked candied bacon. ( a free gift for me and my wife) Anytime I am ever in the state again, I will definitely stop by.”
“Staff throughout the store were very helpful to this rookie Sam's Club shopper. New to the Amarillo area, I needed plenty of direction. Staff at the check out were also helpful, mostly trying to get folks to use the self checkout lane. I resisted. Fortunately, someone decided to simply have more checkout lanes. Excellent move. In an effort to support more jobs, not fewer, customers are resisting the corporate effort to turn us all into supermarket cashiers. So they raise prices and then expect us to do the work for free that they formerly paid to real people. Thanks to my family for opening my eyes to the insidious corporate reality. Rant to continue!”
“I enjoy the smaller store when shopping, and they are usually well stocked on all the grocery items we use. It's further to go to but only by a half a mile or so than the supercenter near where I live, so that's just not a big deal. I think the store could save some overhead by adjusting the thermostat based on the weather. I've noticed since winter has arrived they are still running the AC full blast and its very cold, if not downright uncomfortable to stay and shop. I was in yesterday - the outside temp was 31 degrees and the store felt maybe a few degrees above that. I was shivering so bad, I chose not to linger and look as I usually do. I asked a couple of employees why the store was always so blasted cold - they responded, "we have asked the same question for several years and got no answer - we bundle up and dress accordingly". They were super positive considering what they have to deal with. I cannot see how running the AC in the dead of winter is ever a good idea. Saves the store $$$ on overhead and might help keep the customers shopping for longer, therefore buying more product! What a concept! Come on management - you can do better than this right?!”
“I never have a problem with this pharmacy they are always willing to help even thought they're always so busy... if you experience a problem you got to understand that they're humans and sometimes it can be overwhelming to them with the 1000 of prescriptions that they get every single day it just not a few they get alot of them on top of the Dr. Calls at last min.”
