“Ok, I've had a great experience here with employee customer service. My only gripe is this. Training your cashiers to lecture us about signing up for a best buy card, then when we decline, to then lecture us about the benefits of signing up for it if we change our mind is not going to make us want to sign up for a best buy card, it's annoying and is going to make us not want to sign up for a best buy card. A small sign at the cashier station would be enough.”

“This place is easily a 10/10 for me! I found their store yesterday when looking for a trustworthy repair store. I met with Mike and he was very helpful and polite. I need a screen repair among other things and mike help me thru the process for a new one. We found the right screen but had to overnight it. Today, they call to let me now they had everything they need now, and I head over around 3:00pm and they had my phone done in a matter of hours! I was preparing to have my phone tomorrow but they got it done anyways! These guys are awesome, I'd absolutely recommend them.”
