“This place is easily a 10/10 for me! I found their store yesterday when looking for a trustworthy repair store. I met with Mike and he was very helpful and polite. I need a screen repair among other things and mike help me thru the process for a new one. We found the right screen but had to overnight it. Today, they call to let me now they had everything they need now, and I head over around 3:00pm and they had my phone done in a matter of hours! I was preparing to have my phone tomorrow but they got it done anyways! These guys are awesome, I'd absolutely recommend them.”

“I brought in a gaming pc that would not boot. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an accurate time frame and cost to complete the repair. Everything was explained well to me prior to ordering the correct part and doing the repair. I would absolutely do business here in the future.”

“Back in 2020 when the pandemic hits and kids have to stay home and be home school... a teacher told me about this place where they can put the internal antivirus on my lap tap for a very reasonable price so it wouldn't be expiring every year, and I can let my kids used it for their school with web safety so they can do their school projects at the point of time before they received their own from the schools.. West Gate Camputers did a great job and I would never forget how nice and kind there where even on those thought times and I have recommended them to friends and family shout out to Westgate Computers Thank you! thank you!”

“They were very helpful and reasonable in price when I purchased office furniture for my RE/MAX PRO Realty office. I have also leased a copier and the service is always prompt on the few times that we have needed service.”

“Needed help with copies fast and these people were awesome! Laura helped me on the phone with my questions about self service and was friendly in the store. The manager even refunded my first batch of copies because I messed up the orientation, totally my own fault, but no problem he fixed it!!”

“Ok, I've had a great experience here with employee customer service. My only gripe is this. Training your cashiers to lecture us about signing up for a best buy card, then when we decline, to then lecture us about the benefits of signing up for it if we change our mind is not going to make us want to sign up for a best buy card, it's annoying and is going to make us not want to sign up for a best buy card. A small sign at the cashier station would be enough.”
