“I went to the S Georgia store to have my cracked screen protector replaced. I was Keeping a special note between my phone case and phone and while there didn’t notice that it didn’t get put pack. I realized It like two days later. I finally decided to go back and ask just in case, but knowing it was probably a no because it’s was just a small paper.
But Angie the lady who helped me was there and remembered me right away. Said she had my note and saved it for me just in case I did Come back for it.
It is very rare for people to care about another persons something meaningful especially when it is a little piece of paper. I wish T-Mobile would acknowledge her in some way beyond the big hug I gave Her. If you need help with your phone, go see Angie.”

“Brought in my 04 Tahoe to have the stereo checked out as it sounded horrible and lacked steering wheel controls. Joe got in and immediately figured the poor sound quality was do to a diy cheap head unit that didn't have the ability work with the stock 2ohm bose system.
After a little research, he recommends just starting with a quality head unit avoiding spending pointless money on speakers which I figured I was looking at buying along with the head unit.
Well just got it installed today and holy hell, sounds great. Joe definitely exceeded my expectations. He actually gives thought to what is needed for the job and not looking to sell you extras if not needed. I'll definitely be back if future improvements are wanted.

“Ok, I've had a great experience here with employee customer service. My only gripe is this. Training your cashiers to lecture us about signing up for a best buy card, then when we decline, to then lecture us about the benefits of signing up for it if we change our mind is not going to make us want to sign up for a best buy card, it's annoying and is going to make us not want to sign up for a best buy card. A small sign at the cashier station would be enough.”
