“I went to the S Georgia store to have my cracked screen protector replaced. I was Keeping a special note between my phone case and phone and while there didn’t notice that it didn’t get put pack. I realized It like two days later. I finally decided to go back and ask just in case, but knowing it was probably a no because it’s was just a small paper. But Angie the lady who helped me was there and remembered me right away. Said she had my note and saved it for me just in case I did Come back for it. It is very rare for people to care about another persons something meaningful especially when it is a little piece of paper. I wish T-Mobile would acknowledge her in some way beyond the big hug I gave Her. If you need help with your phone, go see Angie.”

“Brought in my 04 Tahoe to have the stereo checked out as it sounded horrible and lacked steering wheel controls. Joe got in and immediately figured the poor sound quality was do to a diy cheap head unit that didn't have the ability work with the stock 2ohm bose system. After a little research, he recommends just starting with a quality head unit avoiding spending pointless money on speakers which I figured I was looking at buying along with the head unit. Well just got it installed today and holy hell, sounds great. Joe definitely exceeded my expectations. He actually gives thought to what is needed for the job and not looking to sell you extras if not needed. I'll definitely be back if future improvements are wanted. Thank you Joe”

“I have been a Sinclairs customer for over 20 years. The selection, price and quality of the merchandise is just one of the reasons Sinclairs has kept me coming back. Supporting a local business that treats customers like family and not just an account is why they get my business anytime I need furniture or appliances. Will always be my go to furniture store.”

“I recently visited the T Mobile in Amarillo, Texas to upgrade my phone and the experience was wonderful. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, helpful, and professional team, mainly Malisa. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between serval models and helped me pick the right phone plan that fit my needs and budget. I felt no stress and she didn’t pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. The entire process, which I dreaded prior to coming to the store, was quick and problem free. I truly could feel how much she cares about her job and customers. The store itself was very clean. Definitely highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone and accessories. Customer service and satisfaction is provided and prioritized. I will definitely return for any of my future phone needs.”

“I had an issue with my phone, after calling the customer service line, I was directed to go to a Metro store for assistance. I ended up going to 2 Metro locations, a T-Mobile location as well as a Cricket location and all customer service representatives were looking at my issue as if it were rocket science. Finally, I ended up going to another Metro location after another customer service rep. refused to assist. Sam was the customer service rep who was able to assist and was extremely friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Sam! I was about to give up with Metro PCS.”
