“I can always count on Walmart to have what I need. I don't like the way this one is laid out though, it's different from most of the others I frequent so it was hard to find things.”
“I don't usually go to this store because it is not close to me. However, whenever I am near I do. I have encountered the nicest and very helpful employees. I am an older person and get treated as if I was young and pretty and had Daddys credit card. So many places look at older people and rush to the younger one but its us older people who keep business from going under. I will spread the word when i am treated right and also when I am not.. “They store is somewhat disorganized but I can deal with that. However the dressing rooms not being open is a major inconvenience. Some of us travel to the city to shop and do not want to have to come back right away to return things. A store that sells clothing should always have an open dressing room. The employees appeared unconcerned with the inconvenience which is very poor customer service. I like shoping at Burlington but it will not be my first go to as long as this situation persists”

“This store is always organized, clean and well stocked. They have everything you need and some more. Customer service is always positive and courteous, really nice staff. The one con for me is that being that it's a Dollar Tree/Family Dollar split store... It's lacking in many of the $1.25 items that you'd get in the full store. Other than that it's a pretty good store.

“No one in department I was in to help. Saw very few employees or customers. JCPenney's Salon was good. Little more pricey than some I go to but would pay again to get as good of haircut and style and customers service as I got.”

“My own experience with this store was that it had everything I needed, and the cashier I checked out with was very kind. My only complaint would be that the fruit and veggies area was messy and had onion peels everywhere, making the floor slippery. 4.5/5”
“This Walmart allowed us to stay overnight in the parking lot in our 76 ft long truck,Rv,car hauler set up. It was so cold and snowing we are thankful for being allowed to pull off the road for a while and warm up and rest before heading back out towards Arizona.”

Carolina your single handedly the best employee in any Walmart I've seen you had me out of the electronics station in 5 minutes and that is not an exaggeration when every electronics station in Walmart is usually empty you where on your a game and I wanted you to know it was appreciated”

I love the fact that they have fruit and it’s real fresh although it’s a little more expensive there’s items in there that are not as expensive but they do have lots of Totally enjoy and appreciate.”
“The outside could be cleaner meaning trash being picked up but the inside is well organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and because I had change as a form of payment, the gentleman at the register was patient with me :)”

I'm disappointed the company felt that it was necessary to open during the coldest temperatures Amarillo has seen in a hundred years. But kudos to the loyal employees who persevered and made sure that those who needed supplies were able to obtain them. ?”

“High end bag purchase ask for Jovie, Dillards got it right when they hired Jovie in the handbags area. Let me tell you why. This wonderful woman went well above and beyond with helping me decide on my LV purse. Not only that when we discussed the first one I bought and how it broke she told me LV can fix it for me and she went as far as taking my number down so she could send me another place that fixes LV hand bags, and no doubt she came through and text me the info after she was off work. I will never shop anywhere else for my LV bags. She was simply amazing. She should train all other employees who will be in handbag department for Dillards, I cannot express how satisfied I am simply bc this amazing woman!”
