Customer service lacking for a community credit union. Like the interest on checking account, but those can be found at other banks. Not impressed.

My experience with Education Credit Union has been excellent! J'Hon was efficient and kind in helping me open my savings and checking accounts. I liked my credit union in Idaho, but Education Credit Union is even better so far! K Turrell
