The staff are always friendly and helpful. They make sure any questions or needs are met, and take care of us quickly. Recommend using this store if you need anything in person.”

“I had an issue with my phone, after calling the customer service line, I was directed to go to a Metro store for assistance. I ended up going to 2 Metro locations, a T-Mobile location as well as a Cricket location and all customer service representatives were looking at my issue as if it were rocket science. Finally, I ended up going to another Metro location after another customer service rep. refused to assist. Sam was the customer service rep who was able to assist and was extremely friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Sam! I was about to give up with Metro PCS.”

While MetroPCS gets a dismal 2 stars overall, this location and their employees get a 5 star rating.VERDICT: METROPCS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING OVERALL, BUT THIS LOCATION IS WELL RECOMMENDED.”
